1. I gladly signed up for a membership. During sign up a lady walked up, introduced herself and asked was I available to meet with her sometime this week to "get started". (It was later stated that a trainer consultation was included in my gym package which was false, I was actually charged for this) 2. I meet with the trainer. After the 45 minute workout, we sit down to discuss "goals". I was ADVISED of the 3x weekly package and I stated "I WOULD LET THEM KNOW IF AND WHEN I WAS READY TO START TRAINING BECAUSE MY SCHEDULE IS FULL BEING A COACH MYSELF,TEACHER AND MOM". The trainer then stated " that's fine, Ill just get you set up and when you're ready , you can speak with anyone here to finish and get you scheduled"3. About 3 weeks later I was charged roughly $460 for 3x weekly training that I had never started or even scheduled for!!!!!4. I called for a WEEK, and eventually had to go in just for them to tell me I cant get my money back , no canceling & I'm committed for 3 months and I have 6 sessions with a trainer. I ultimately agreed to the 6 sessions so I wouldn't waist my money they already drafted from my account. I made it very clear again that my schedule is hectic at this time as I'm in track season. I was assured it was no problem, I can schedule when I was ready and they would work with me. 5. I canceled my 2nd training session 2x due to track meets conflicting and now I'm told I'm being charged for canceling sessions that I was forced to start and I've clearly already paid for against my will!!! I even asked could she just take away 1 of the 6 sessions I already paid for and was told NO and then given a speech about how inconsistent I am and that I wont see any results. Overall can't believe I was bullied into starting a training program so my $460 didn't go to waste and now being charged for rescheduling?? I've also read reviews from this location and to my surprise , MULTIPLE reviews about the same things within the last few months!!!
