NuGen took our deposit and we never heard from them again. They were very communicative until the deposit was made, then nothing. Never did the work. I went to the addresses they listed on the proposals and their business cards; No NuGen offices there. This company appears to be a scam. BUYER BEWARE!NuGen Contractors LLC Response

I had 3 roofing companies come to my home and act very pushy, Melissa with NuGen was very relational and wasn't asking about $$ she fully explained the process when discussing the replacement of my roof and gutters. She came prepared with an estimate and didn't demand a deposit like the other guys! My roof and gutters were done in one day and everything went awesome and the house looks GREAT! Highly recommend Billy and NuGen Construction was the only contractor that actually got on my roof, inspected and then backed up his quote and work required with photos he took while on the roof (of the two other companies I received quotes from). He walked me through various options and was very transparent throughout the entire process. They will be the first folks I call when I need additional roofing work.NuGen Contractors LLC Response

I will definitely be using Billy at NuGen Contractors for all my roofing and construction needs! My client paid a company to get the house inspection and passed the roof. From the pictures we could tell there was roof damage from the hail storm and Billy confirmed this. He was very honest and quick to respond. He is even upgrading my client to a 40 year old roof! Billy is also taking care of replacing the damaged fence, damaged gutters, window and door repairs. Thank you Billy for making this process so smooth and taking care of my clients! NuGen was replacing my neighbors roof and did such a great job with cleanup and I was so impressed I had them do my roof as well. Billy also helped us design and install our new covered patio, I highly recommend them!!!!
