To: The Better Business Bureau,I *************************** requested basic cleaning services at the address listed above in yellow on Thursday, November 16, 2023! at 2 pm and paid $360.86 that was booked on November 10, 2023! However, I inform the cleaning service owner (Sales) that I also scheduled a carpet service to install carpet the same day of my house cleaning but a different time at 8:00 am but can work around the carpet services it needed! When the cleaning services arrived, they were 30 minutes early before scheduled time at 2 pm. I *************************** was on site when the cleaning crew arrived and almost to the end of service! I informed them to work around the carpet services and just focus on cleaning the Bathrooms, Showers, and toilets and if they had questions, please inform me because I was onsite in the home! I stepped out 15 minutes before the cleaning crew completed the job to pick my grandkids at school in the neighborhood and returned! I noticed one of the spare room bathrooms was not cleaned so I called the cleaning services immediately to inform him of the situation! I requested him to send someone back to clean the bathroom that was not cleaned and missed! He stated he was trying to accommodate me to schedule someone to come back but wanted to charge me $60 more for their time! I told them I would report them to the Better Business Bureau! The cleaning owner stated the reason why the bathroom was missed because it had a mattress blocking the bathroom! I informed the owner I was on site and his crew was practically finished before I left to pick up the grandkids and never said anything to me about the bathroom being blocked with items! At, this time I would like to be reimbursed in full $360.86 from this cleaning services because he could not accommodate me to send someone back on the same day to clean the bathroom nor the next day because their schedule was booked and, wanted to charge me more money! Please advise!
