We considered proposals from four thoroughly vetted pool companies all considered best in our area. We chose Medallion Pools based on the fact we were dealing directly with the owner of the company who we found to be knowledgeable and well connected with superb laborers. Plus, their prices were fair and competitive.From demolition to installation, *************, ****** and everyone involved made sure everything and everyone was in sync, daily communication was appreciated and all tasks were completed in an expeditious manner.From beginning to end, delivered as promised, and we sincerely appreciate the work Medallion Pools performed.Truly a pleasure,The Albrights

All the promises that were made by ***** before we hired Medallion were kept by him and his team throughout the entire project. ***** was involved with our pool project from start to finish and his communication throughout the entire process was truly exceptional - something that is often lacking when dealing with contractors for any home related project. We would receive an email nearly every morning from ***** laying out what was happening that day as well as any delays. We were never left in the dark. I also want to commend the team for finishing strong and on time. Despite have a very busy schedule, we never felt like Medallion lost focus on completing everything as promised. We hired ***** and Medallion in 2012 to build our pool. We had a great experience then, so when we wanted to remodel the pool we didn't think twice to have ***** do the job. The pool is absolutely perfect. I'm not sure how many owners show up to the job sight at every stage of the build or remodel but that is what you get with ***** and Medallion. We highly recommend ***** and Medallion to anyone looking to build or remodel their pool.

We had such a great experience with Medallion Pools. ***** saw our vision for creating a wonderful outdoor living experience and delivered on that promise. ***** was very communicative and responsive to every question we had. He did a great job managing his teams and setting our expectations. Prior to talking with Medallion Pools we spoke with two other companies and Medallion earned our trust right away, and they were the most reasonable with pricing as well. I completed my pool build with Medallion in September. I am glad I went with Medallion for my pool build. I spoke to 3 pool builders to get different quotes and opinions. After speaking to *****, I quickly made my decision to select his company. ***** has decades of experience with pool build. It definitely showed during the pool build. A lot of the suggestion ***** made about the design of the pool are now our favorite parts of the pool. I was a little hesitant at the time but ***** understood the full vision. The communication was next level for me. I knew what was going on everyday and ***** and ****** came on site every day at the start of the day to walk me through what was going on. He would stop by at the end of the day to make sure the work was done properly. They replied to any questions I had within minutes of me sending them an email. Contractors used by Medallion do quality work. I would call out the contractors that did the pool tiles and wall. They did an amazing job at the joints and it looks very clean. There was something going on pretty much everyday. ***** lined up contractors in advance so the build can continue to move. We didn't have many days without something going on. ***** promised 90 days for dig to fill. We finished in 81 days. ***** and ****** have been very friendly about post build support as well. I reach out to him for any questions I may have and they are more then happy to answer. I would recommend Medallion for anyone looking to build a pool. A lot of companies can learn from Medallion on how to complete a project on time and how to communicate about the project with customers. They were truly exceptional. We love our pool and looking forward to summer time again to enjoy it everyday.

Had a really good experience with Medallion Pools. ***** was great to work with, understood our vision, and was able to get ** into a design that we loved. Most importantly, we were able to do our pool, spa, and patio cover all within budget. We were under budget enough, compared to the big competitors, that we were able to add upgrades such as a kitchen and in-floor cleaning, and still had room to spare.As far as the construction phase went, Communication was always a top priority with ***** and ******* We were updated at every step, and any questions we had were answered quickly. While we did experience some delays (total process took just over 6 months to completion), they were mainly due to weather or an issue with a supplier. Only had one issue that took a bit longer than expected to get resolved, however, it was mostly out of their control and the communication was good along the way.Since then, they have answered every pool maintenance related question we could think of, and have been about as helpful as one would imagine. Wouldn't choose anyone else to build our pool!

Medallion just finished our pool project and we absolutely love it. Thankfully we chose the right company because it was a great experience. We did our due diligence before starting a project of this size and that included seeking consultations, designs, and estimates from 4 different companies. The other 3 companies were larger and had nicer showrooms compared to Medallion. However, Medallion's design, pricing, contractor crew stability, and online reviews describing their excellent communication sold us. I believe they only do 60 or so pools a year as a family run business and that allows the owner, *****, to maintain almost daily communication. That was huge for ** throughout the project. The folks that actually do the work are the crews. Many pool companies have all new crews or a very short working relationship with them due to labor shortages, etc. It seemed as though many of the crews for Medallion have worked with ***** for many years. We can't say enough good things about ******. Their project/service manager ****** was always responsive and onsite consistently. ****** also created the design. The project overall took 8 months but we had an issue with ground water that caused a several month delay. They were right on track for a 120 day completion until the water issue. Were there other issues? Sure, a few smaller issues, but that comes with any project like this but what's important is how those are handled. ***** and ****** were very responsive and took care of all our concerns. I posted pictures on their ****** reviews if you would like to see their outstanding work on our project.Overall, we are very happy with the end result of this project and that we didn't have a horror story to share. Working with the family business at Medallion Pools to design and build our backyard lagoon was the most wonderful experience we could have ever hoped for. Honestly, they're so good I wish they did more than just pools - I'd hire them for any and all work on my home ever, if that were possible. We had a great experience with Medallion! We met with them in August and they began pool construction in September. ****** helped with the design of our pool. He was open and honest with any questions we had and helped us stick to our budget. ****** was great and patient while we chose all of our pool and spa finishes. The owner, *****, was great about giving us constant progress, what to expect and when to expect it. He and ****** were on the property nearly every day checking on the progress of the pool and how the contractors were doing with the build. We are extremely happy with our pool and design and would highly 10/10 recommend Medallion with your pool build!
