An 8-Year Journey of Growth, Opportunity, and Support I have had the honor of being a part of W3global for the past eight years, starting my career as a Research Analyst. During my time here, I was given numerous opportunities to work across various verticals and take on different country leads, which helped me expand my skill set and gain valuable global experience. These experiences paved the way for my growth within the company, moving from a Team Lead and Manager roles to my current position as Associate Director of Operations.A significant factor in my journey has been the companys attractive incentive structure, which recognizes and rewards hard work and commitment. This not only kept me motivated but also pushed me to consistently deliver my best performance.I would also like to express my deep gratitude to our CEO ******* ********** and Head of India Operations ****** *********, who have always stood by me. Their constant support, encouragement, and leadership have been instrumental in my personal and professional growth. I am fortunate to work for a company that fosters a culture of growth, empowerment, and recognition, and I am excited about the future.Review from Nolan R

I've gotten plenty of jobs through recruitment firms and agencies, and get plenty of calls from recruiters all the time. I've never experienced anything like dealing with this company or their practices. This is the absolute worst staffing company ever. It's a safe bet any employer that uses this company to procure candidates probably isn't a great place to be employed.******** calls about job opportunities all over the country, that will lead nowhere. The recruiter baits you and then they always want you to speak with a manager from their company. This will happen multiple times. I tried applying for a job through them once. Over the course of a week and 7 phone calls with a recruiter and manager, and I still hadn't talked to, or had a scheduled interview to the actual job thats hiring. They're always asking for more personal information, that they shouldn't even need at that point in the hiring process, if ever at all. The amount of calls and voice-mails in attempts of recruitment, as well as when actually working with them on a job prospect borders on harassment. Highly unprofessional company.Review from Michael G

I have been working with ********************* at W3 Global for a full year now. She and her team successfully placed several candidates at my firm and did so with the utmost professionalism. They remain my "go-to" recruiter and I highly recommend their services to any business seeking to fill employee/candidate roles.Review from Felisha W

W3Global is the most unprofessional and unorganized company I have ever worked with. I would not recommend using or working with them.I was originally contacted via LinkedIn with an opportunity. It sounded interesting, so I replied to the LinkedIn message. The recruiter reached out to me on the phone to discuss further, however, she barely had any information, and I was quickly turned over to someone else mid phone call. This person didn't have much detail either which I thought was very strange. I was asked a series of generic questions, and when I tried to clarify, so I could answer properly, they really weren't sure. They connected me with an interview but remained involved in the negotiation/hiring process. It took several weeks to confirm anything through W3Global on a start date, and I kept getting the answer that they were "waiting on response". I was told verbally that they would like to move forward several times and kept asking for an offer letter to outline the terms. When I would ask any additional questions about benefits, etc, I was never given an answer. They finally sent me the generic offer letter 3 weeks after my initial interviews. They also ended up sending me a generic "master agreement" to sign, which a lot of the clauses did not apply to the job that I was offered. When I questioned the recruiter about the clauses, I was told, "no problem, it's a master agreement, don't worry, it's only for 30 days".My 30 day contract was cut short to 3 weeks. I was told that I would be paid for my 30 days on the 1st of the next month. After following up several times a week, and always told "be patient", I finally received payment over a month later and it was only for 1 week. Not only that, they took out $189.91 for "background verification fees" which they never told me that they were processing a background check, nor did they provide proof that they did. I am still waiting to get paid my additional 2 weeks worked.Review from Wayne A

We hired W3Global to fill a staffing position that "supposedly" came with a 90 day warranty. We requested a replacement employee after 30 days and fired the person after about 45 days for coming to work drunk 3 days in a row. At the end of the 90 day warranty period, they admitted that they were having difficulty finding a replacement and possibly offered a credit for another position in the future, but wouldn't return our money. W3Global failed to provide us with an acceptable replacement and refused to refund our money so we could hire another firm that had acceptable candidates. We took them to small claims court and won (for the full amount we paid them) and they still haven't returned our money (over 10 months later). Also, beware that their contract states that any claims against them have to be filed in Collins County *****.Review from Mike A

W3Global has denied paying me my earned commissions and is breaching my contract with them. There is nothing in our agreement states forfeiting commissions after resignation. Also, there was no policy in place that was presented or expressed to me during, before or after my employment which states firefighting commissions at any time during or after employment. I have completed all necessary actions and steps necessary to complete these sales transactions and confirmed these deals were closed with complete efforts prior to my resignation. I was also promised to get a rase after my first deal, but they never did. This company is not complying with their agreements they set in place with their employees and denying paying commissions even if you leave in good terms.Review from Amy M.

A recruiter from the firm W3Global reached out to me recently regarding a few positions we had posted. He claimed to have candidate resumes that he was going to share with me. When I asked to see them, I didn't hear anything back for a few days. Mind you, we did not enter into any type of agreement or contract for W3Global to represent us in any type of recruiting capacity. In the last 2 days, I've had 2 candidates contact me stating that a person from W3Global has been verifying we are a client of his and searching for resources. This individual acted on their own discretion without our permission or consent. This is shameful, disrespectful and unprofessional behavior and should not be tolerated.
