I don't recommend this company for restoration. He claims he has years of experience but failed to install my hardwood floor correctly. He didn't follow the National Harwood floor Ass. Guidelines and my whole floor subfloor plus hardwood will have to be ripped out again. It has been less than a year since the replacement with ZCD Construction and he refuses to come look at them or refund my money.. I don't recommend this company. He argues with you when you bring up concerns and tells you how it is going to be. If you question him he threatened to never come back and finish the job. When this happened the whole house had been ripped out down to the ground. It is scary dealing with him. Now the floors are buckled and the subpar subfloor is breaking due to the weight and lack of moisture barrier.

We did work according to her one year ago on her wood flooring, in the last storm water went inside her house from some of the old windows and damaged the wood flooring. She called me and was expecting me to redo the flooring for free

He likes to tell you how good he is and was in the business over 40 years. Worst contractor we have ever dealt with, his perfection and my definition is quite different. So glad we didn't do our kitchen remodel first. He was sloppy, his workers were sloppy (didn't want you to talk to his workers), killed grass in 6 spots because he didn't want to haul away anything until everything was done, we insisted when Hurricane Nicholas was coming. Paint and caulking was bad. Finally, after the deck, door replacements and taking 7 weeks to remove bathtub and install a shower (3 weeks of no tiler, unable to get to closet because of the mess and tools left in bathroom, scratched my mirror and new drain in sink, small chip in tile on the back wall of shower, 5 door have multiple chips in the paint) we said enough, took our loss to get rid of him, then he took the 2 open boxes of the bathroom tile when he came to get the unopened boxes. We had to have a locksmith as he changed the side garage door lock which wasn't on our list to do and it didn't work right and he kept saying he was going to fix it for a week. His plumber didn't know how to install the shower pipe fixture, so NO hot water, another cost for us.

I did not hear any complain when I was there and working for them, I did not want to do the kitchen it was my choice.

We did seven jobs in that property replacing the patio decking installing patio cover replacing the sliding door replacing window replacing front door replacing a storm door remodeling the bathroom from bathtub to shower it was agreement they should not be in the property while we are working but they ignored it and that's the reason I did not want to continue and remodeling their kitchen they got upset and they give me bad review they pay for every balance they had and they did not complain when we ware out there when I said I'm not doing the kitchen they did this behind my back.
