Purchased 2 spas in July from natural spas/ universal rocks (sister companies) invoice says natural spas but communication is with universal rock employees and that's who sent the invoices (same owner) spas were purchased in brown they were delivered in August. One was delivered in the wrong color. Wrong equipment was sent and were missing. Their ex employee ***** told me and my contractors the spas were plug and play and everything was prewired and any electrician could hook it up. That was not the case. 3 electricians later the install is costing us a couple thousand more. ***** said he was going to fly up and take care of it and then was no longer employed. Two other employees said they would take care of it and get us what is needed to get the spas up and running. It is now January and we still haven't had them resolve the issue. We are worried about the integrity of the pipes and didn't have use of our spas for 5 months. A demand letter (attached) that lines everything out in additional detail was sent after this going on for so long...apparently there are many other clients having issues.
