      I ordered a product from nightpal and recieved a tracking #. The website also says they do not ship out of the Country of ***. Supposedly based in *****. But the tracking # a week later names *****, but not when it gets shipped. ( ***** is not in the ***). Their website also says you will recieve product in 5-8 days. No product after 10 days. I've reached out NUMEROUS times by phone and email and get no response.

      I have feverishly tried to contact the company to get a return authorization number in order to return a $169 and a $29 item to no avail, neither phone nor email responded.

      I paid $240 for a rifle scope and have not received an order confirmation or any order information. The business has not responded to 10 emails and multiple voicemails.

      I ordered two flashlights from this sellers online website. I have received no information about my order and it hasn't been shipped. Ordered Aug -10 as of Aug 23rd the tracking number says a label has been created but nothing has been delivered to the carrier. I emailed the seller and asked that my ordered be shipped or refunded. I have received no response. I then looked the company up and found that they either never ship the orders or they ship wrong or broken items and then refuse to refund or return. I want what I ordered or a refund.

      Purchased product on 4/22/22 and was promised a working product. When received on 5/3/22 I realized the product did not work and emailed them on 5/5/22 about wanting an exchange. I never received an email back so I decided to email them again on 5/25/22 & 5/28/22 but received no reply. I also called them on 5/25/22, 5/28/22, 6/2/22, & 6/16/22 but again also received no answer. They claim to have a 30 day refund policy but the refund also has to be approved by them but I can't even get a hold of them so I don't know why they would advertise that if they plan on keeping my money and not giving me a working product. My total was $43.25

      Ordered an item and have a tracking number but package hasn't moved in over a week. Order was placed 2 weeks ago. Multiple phone calls to them with no answer. Multiple emails and service tickets opened with no response. At this point I'm trying to get my money back since the item hasn't left their facility

      I purchased a video scope attachment for my husband for an anniversary gift, when I went to confirm purchase it asked if I wanted to save 30% so I said yes. NEVER did it show that it would add a second scope to my cart, then when I confirmed purchase it charged me for TWO SCOPES. As soon as I noticed this I contacted the company and asked to cancel my order since it charged me twice. They answered and said they could not cancel my order but I would have to send the other one back once I received my order. I received it and immediately sent the second one back in its original packaging never opened. They asked for a tracking number which I provided. Once I sent the tracking information they will now not respond. It's super fishy that they answered everything until I sent the confirmation that it was sent. I tracked the package myself as well and it arrived at their facility on March 25th and I have YET to hear from them!

      I ordered a night vision recording scope from Night Pal Optics and I received it on 2/22/2022. I mounted the scope on my rifle and immediately knew it wouldn't work for me as it extended well over the butt of the rifle. Their refund policy said that you needed their approval to return it for a refund, and it had to be done within 30 days of receipt. I have called and left messages approximately every other day, and several times on some days. I have emailed them several times on their online form, which I can't get a copy of, and my wife emailed them from her account. I am unable to get any response from them whatsoever. I am willing to return the item, and even give up 20% for a restocking fee, but I don't want them to ignore me anymore.

      We placed on order on Christmas Day for a product from this company. The return policy stated on their website is "We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase .To start a return, you can contact us at ****@nightpaloptics.com or call us at +X XXXXXXXXXX. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted." After having received the product, it is not what my son anticipated and he wished to return it. I called the number listed on the website with no answer but left a message. I have emailed, sent a message through facebook, and sent a message through their website numerous time with absolutely no contact from them. After reading the reviews on facebook now, it appears that it is their common practice to not contact anyone back or abide by the terms listed on their website.

      Ordered one flashlight, was charged for two, then when the items arrived both flashlights were non functional. Left 3 voice mails no reply, tried to send items back and the address given for returns does not exist per ups. Called the business and left messages with no reply.
