I ordered a transmission from A1 auto in September. Did not receive transmission until November. Due to length of time was promised through an email a reimbursement of ****** for having issues. I have not seen the money. Have called numerous times and was told I would receive a call back. Now being told company has shut down due to fraud and I would not recieve the payment. I asked the gentleman if company shut down why are you still answering the phone. He gave me some *** excuse . So I proceeded to tell him he was full of c*** and hung up. This gentleman called me back and told me if he's full of c*** so am I. Poor run of a company. I hope they are really shut down and can't take peoples money and are never allowed to open another one.Business response

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately the ******** services is shut down due to fraudulent activities. Because of the issues we are not able to refund the money back. We will be resuming back to work operations by 04/03/2023. Post that we will dispatch the Check to the Customer Billing address.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. If they send like they say they will. They had promised for months to send but never did. Was suppose to receive money back in December 2022.

The date of the transaction 09/27/2022, the amount paid $1,150.00 for transmission promised to be delivered in **** business days. Part still not delivered on 10/21/22. I requested a cancellation at that time ,they indicated the part was in transit and being held up by shipping delays offering a $250 credit to compensate for the inconvenience, they indicated the offer would be put in writing and emailed to me along with a shipping tracking number. Email was never received, I tried to contact them repeatedly with no success. On 11/04/22 I received a tracking number, part arrived at repair shop on 11/07/22, it was the incorrect part, the mechanic viewed all the specific required specifications ordered that were not present for the engine model, the shipment was not accepted from the shipping company. A1wrecking was notified while the shipper was still onsite and informed the wrong part had been delivered and the mechanic would not take receipt. I was told it was the correct part they would determine next steps then get back with me. I never heard back from them,1 week later on 11/14/22 I contacted A1support on the status of my refund with no success , only voice mail with no return call, no response to email request. Why can't this company be shutdown, how many innocent consumers have to be robbed before action is taken. I am willing to participate in a class action lawsuit, talking with ***** State Attorney General; FTC ;CFPB or any agency that will pursue putting a end to the deceptive practices this company continues to clearly initiate on a daily basis as documented in the many complaints issued to your bureau.Business response

With respect to this Complaint raised by the customer, What ever the customer was looking with the right Year make and Model with the correct specification we have delivered the part though there was a shipping in shipping from our end as well as with the Shipping company.
Post the part delivery the customer is complaining that he ordered something else which he was supposed to receive. We have delivered the right part which customer had requested. But customer is blaming that we ended up sending wrong part to him.
I have attached the Signed invoice which was signed and sent over by the Customer for the Part which he was looking(Transmission).

I am rejecting this response because: The business has not made any offer to refund the $1150.00 for a specific transmission ordered that they failed to deliver. Offering a copy of the signed invoice that indicates the date, description, terms, conditions of sale and part policy of a ordered product does not supply proof of the delivered product. To simplify I use this analogy, if I ordered a round peg for a round hole the signed invoice indicates I ordered a round peg yet the product delivered is a square peg, is it reasonable for the business to expect me or the certified mechanic to accept the square peg as the round peg that was indicated on the signed invoice? Neither I or the mechanic would have any reason to refuse delivery of the correct product that was ordered after waiting 40 days to receive it. Where is the business proof that they delivered the part ordered?. The part was never accepted by the mechanic, the part was returned to the business by the shipper. This business should exercise reputable business practices and refund their customer that only operated in good faith. I plan to exercise every available option to shine a light on this business deceptive practices in hopes of the *********** Attorney General ;FTC *********** or a **** senator investigating them before more hard working consumers are taken advantage of. They have not answered any of my calls or written communications to them so I have no choice. Thank you for your time and efforts to seek a resolution to my complaint.

12/05/22 date ordered and paid for engine.865.00 price paid Never received engine on December 23 of which they said it would be here.Everytimei call and have asked for tracking number they weren't able to provide it ,but tell me they would call or email me tracking number that same day but they never did. They have told me engine would be here on several different dates and had different excuses to why it wasn't delivered or why they can't provide tracking number. As Of today still no engine. I have tried to reach them multiple times called 1 800 number and it says mailbox is full. And other number for **** contact person goes straight to voicemail. They're unreachable. I am rejecting this response because:They have not did anything they said they were going to do. They said part was on it's way and they provided a tracking number saying part would be here by 2/14/23. Well they provided us with a fake tracking number and phones is on Monday 2/13/23 saying there was a problem with shipping and they tried to refund it back to the back but was unable to do so. They told me to tell the bank to reverse the charges. So I feel like the matter was never resolved

Because of this we are not able to do any kind of transaction or refunds to the customers. Because of which we requested to call up the bank and do the Reversal of charges so that the customer receives the Money instantly with in 12 hours of time.

I bought a used 2017 ******* Santa Fe engine from A1 Auto Wrecking paid with a debit card I do have a receipt email that shows paid was supposed to be delivered in 9 to 12 business days it's been several weeks they will not return my call they hang up when I do call I have emailed them several times to get a refund they have promised a refund two to three times and they never follow through on their date of refund I filed a complaint with the ************************ I'm just trying to figure out what to do to get my money returnedBusiness response

And November I ordered a engine for a 2009 ***** Traverse I paid for it they told me that it would be a certain price then they called back said they did not have that engine but they have another one with less miles that and the transmission it would be sent to me the next day I would receive it in 2 weeks here it is now in January 2023 2 months and some later I have yet to receive anything I have ordered my complaint is like everybody else's I constantly call I'm told different things I'm constantly calling I'm told it been shipped I'm constantly calling they tell me that everything it is on the up and up I'm constantly calling they keep giving me dates when the stuff was going to be shipped because of the weather because of this because of that now they tell me 2 months later that my order should be delivered on one 17 2023 2 months later after I have bought it paid them my money I want my money back I don't want to have nothing to do with these people I'm asking the Better Business Bureau to have them give me all $3,800 that I Spit on ordering parts yes I just want all my money back they can keep their product if they even have itBusiness response

I ordered an engine over 2 months ago after several calls I never got a tracking number and delivery date kept getting postponed. I still can not get someone to answer the phone. This is a fradulent buisness that has taken $1000.00 out of my account and I still have no engine. Pleaase do not fall prey to these thieves.Business response

On November 18th 2022 I paid $1050.00 for a **** ***** tribute transmission wich was supposed to be delivered in 7 to 10 business days. After calling for over a month asking about the transmission that was never delivered I finally requested a refund. To this day they still keep promising to return my money but keep missing the promised date's. I keep calling trying to get my money back but they just keep telling lies.Business response

Purchased transmission on Nov.21 Never received tracking number or freight #no. I was told Uni Shippers was delivering it. I contacted them they have nothing in their system pertaining to my order. Then was told Central Transport, also nothing. Now they are saying it is the weather. Different people told me different stories which led me to believe this is a fraudulent!
