I was promised and promised my transmission. It has never come. They only called me back after I notified my bank fraud had been done against me. If it ever shows up I will refuse to accept delivery. I am getting it from a wrecking yard I trust.Review from Steve H

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS!!!A-1 Auto Wrecking have given me and my girlfriend the runaround for over 2 months now. They will not send a receipt of payment. Their first excuse of why the transmission we ordered has not arrived was that the delivery truck got in an accident and they had to collect insurance funds. The second excuse was that they delivered to wrong address. Finally 1.5 months after I placed and paid for the order a transmission was delivered however was the wrong one. During ordering they asked for the vin# of the vehicle. Since then they have simply given us empty promises and rudely hung up on us. All I can do is file a claim with the credit card I purchased it with. A HUGE waste of time, inconvenience of not having one vehicle and money.Review from Micah R

Ordered an engine and have been given the run around for over a month now. Called Central Transport to verify that they shipped the part. These guys haven't shipped a freight part since April. They refuse to give me a tracking, P/U, BOL, number. Just keep saying that it will be here in 24 hours. Looked up the address on the website and it comes back to a storage unit. They are 100% a scam! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!Review from jesse m

I purchased' a motor from them. The motor came in to the shop putting the motor in the truck and the motor was locked up. i call A1 auto wrecking they picked up the motor and have it back in there hands. it has been a month i have called around 20 time and get different answers. like you will have it in two more days. this place is a scam and they commit fraud! DO NOT PURCHASE WITH THEM! they need to be out of business!!! Terrible customer service once they get your money.... please do not use them . I purchased a product from them and I live out of town and they were horrible it is truely a nightmare trying to get my product or my my money back.... I guess I'm lucky I got my engine.a big ol piece of c*** filthy oil leaks on both valve covers and oil pan and rusted out.they got me for **** I wouldn't put this motor in my car they are crooks the motor was supposed to have ***** miles on it we took valve covers off all gummed up inside pile a garbage they will not give me back my money or replace it I would think BBB could shut them down will see stay away from these crooksReview from cynthia p.

Fraudulent, I am a old lady with physical ailments. I ordered a engine for my car that I never received. They got ******* from me and I'm catching the bus with Neuropathy. Please help me to get my money back.
