I needed a roofer for my Sunroom as rain was entering in this room. ******* noticed that I had hail damage to ,my main roof as well in December 2022. My insurance company gave mea hard time with this claim. In March 2023, he sent ***** to come and cover the roof in the Sunroof..... ***** was hammering the glass and caused my window to break. In June, 2023, he sent a glass company owner to measure the glass while he worked on the supplement with my insurance. He disappeared. I hired a different roofer who replaced my main roof, but he was not a Sunroof Roofer. As of date, my window is still broken. I heard from this company a week ago when I provided a rating to his business and stated the issues. I have screenshot at least 32 text message conversations, but the file is too big.Business response

We initially spoke to ****** in December 2022. She needed help with a claim and a tarp. Her claim was denied so we suggested a public adjuster to help her. I told her that the entire roof over the sunroom needed to be replaced and reinforced properly when the roof is replaced. The wood roof is not structurally sound or properly framed and it is lying on top of the sunroom metal frame that has missing windows. The sunroom is not designed to hold a wood decking roof. It needed a solution to be framed correctly and supported prior to any work on the roof or window. The upper windows are replaced with the plywood. She said it was like that when she purchased the home.
I suggested that be done when the roof was removed. In June 2023 the tarp needed to be replaced and in the process the weight of the workers caused the glass to break. We placed a temporary tarp on it. I had a glass company to view the repair but they couldnt find a replacement at the time. We placed a tarp on the window temporarily. I asked her to look also so we could find a vendor. She decided to use another company to do the replacement of the roof. I was informed she had the roof replaced but failed to remedy the framing of the dilapidated sunroof. I have a vendor that can do the repairs but I dont know the conditions of the framing. I will discuss with her to resolve the issue.Customer response

The response from 4URoofing contains some misrepresentations as it relates to the conversation regarding the repair of my Sunroom. ********************** sent the public adjuster a bid for my main roof only for about 17,000.00. After Allstate agreed to pay, he asked me who is going to repair the sunroom. He was negligent in failing to timely replace this window which was2023. He contacted me after I filed this initial complaint. He has demonstrated a lack of integrity and a willingness to skirt responsibility at the expense of me. I do not need him or anyone affiliated with him. Roofing Technologies replaced my roof for less using high quality materials for which I received a refund from the material that this company used. ************ covered this roof and window yo prevent further water intrusion.Customer response
