I am relocating to *******, **, therefore I needed to change my my utility company. GVEC is that company. I found the staff to be efficient and professional. GVEC had my service activated on the date required. I sincerely hope that my experience with this company is as efficient and competent as the one that serves ***********, **.Review from Antonio H

****** GVEC quoted me $345 to remove & replace circuit breaker. WOW!!! I removed it & replaced it in less than 20 minutes. It took me more time to drive to ********** & back. Cost of circuit breaker @ ********** was & $16. GVEC is really greedy!!! Watch Out!!!Review from Mary H

GVEC BAD HVAC TECHNICIAN SERVICE *******/****** area. I requested for HVAC system to be repaired. 9/16/2022 tech came to the house and indicated wrong part was ordered or sent. Even after pictures were taken and was told parts request would be placed. 10/10 another hvac technician was sent and told same thing wrong part that would have to be ordered. 11/04 same tech as originally came on 9/16 told same thing part would need to be ordered and to top that off. He indicated one of the parts is missing that he would need to check with the second technician to find out what happened to it. I have been without central ac/heating, going on 2 months now and temperature this week going to be in the 30ths. I called today and spoke with customer service manager who said he would need to order the part. I called again a few hours later to find out the status since I did not hear back and told that he would need to get with warehouse for part to be ordered. Keep getting the run around. Where is the integrity if GVEC has an A+ rating?
