An advertisement forAMC+ was on my ********* channel for AMC+ so I thought I will give it a try as I have enjoyed several of AMC's programs on *********-with commercials of course. I go onto AMC's website and see what is offered. A one month's free trial pops up. I thought I selected that. Then a one year subscription pops up briefly. I did not intentionally agree to a one year subscription. Then I go on line to see what AMC+ offers. I was not impressed with the selection of movies or series. I already get most of there movies on ******** Also I was told that I could cancel at any time. So I tried to find AMC+ contact information to request cancelation and get my one year subscription refunded. Started a chat on line. #******* They said that they would cancel my subscription after my one year subscription was over, not their policy to refund!!! Then I get a message that reads: If I would like to switch to a monthly plan they would do that and refund all except this current month. So I told them OK. So they said that would switch me to a monthly plan but would send my request for a refund to their billing team?? They had just said they would refund me. I am very displeased with this company.'sBusiness response

We are Air Manufacturing Corporation and have nothing to do with AMC online movies or TV. We manufacturer and distribute Vehicle Air and heater systems. We do not understand why we are getting a complaint in regards to TV services.Initial Complaint

I have ALWAYS ordered a chocolate shake with soda water vs. milk AnD NEVER has my shake been like melted soup. I took two sips out of the straw and videoed just how nasty it was. My daughter's shake was also soupy but slightly thicker than mine and she could at least finish hers, but I could not. I threw it away five minutes after drinking it. The shake did not seem to have any ice cream in it. It took me two hours before I asked for the refund bc the mall closes early on Sundays. I AM asking for a refund on obly one of the shakes bc the shake was undrinkable. I went to complain and 1- they accused me of asking for "water", which is a lie. I asked for soda water but never before NOT once was the shake like running water. The manager accused me of hanging onto it which I did not. I just was making returns in the mall and I had no time to ask for my shake to be refunded until ai completed all of my Xmas returns. They put so much soda water in it, that you could NOT even taste the chocolate. I did not get the brownies either. I've seen them return movie tickets when other people complain but I guess the shake was not worthy of a refund. The shake was expensive and I tipped and the shake was completely disgusting. It melted so badly from the get go, which it never would have done had it been made correctly. You can see by the video that the shake was in the shape I am claiming, which I will gladly forward. They would not even let me in to speak to the manager and chose to accost me when you first walk in "and to blame me' is absolutely outrageous. I am NOT lying when I said the shake was like running water and please offer an explanation as to how I've never EVER received soup before and I always order the exact same shake. Unbelievably unfair. I WILL GLADLY EMAIL my two videos where you can clearly see that I did not drink much at all.Business response

We manufacture and distribute vehicular a/c and heater systems. We do not have anything to do with food or drink items. We do not understand how the BBB can confuse us with the company that you have the complaint with.
