We have had to replace many of our plants, grass, and redo all of our irrigation system. Recommend going with a different company

They require you to pay in full prior to putting you on their calander.Once they recieve your money then they will just send you a receipt for the amout that was charged. I had asked multiple times from ***** the sales man and several ladies in the main office for a itemized breakdown of what I'm receiving for over $2000 dollars of work. Needless to say I never recieved anything from them.811 was contacted to locate all utilities by MDM. I had called several times letting the office ladies know that they marked out my neighbors house by mistake. ***** was notified about this as well.The men that showed up I couldn't communicate with them due to I don't speak Spanish.I tried to let them know that their is an fiber optic line where they needed to dig and don't hit it.I even brought them.a shovel out so they could hand dig/ pot hole to find it without damaging the line.My wife works from home and it's impairitive that we have internet. Well you guess it they cut right through it.I felt like they were in a hurry to get it done and not dig with the shovel because the ground was hard.The office staff took no responsibility for it and tried to blame me for it.Digging should over never happened with a piece of equipment, this is the whole reason for contacting 811.We lost time and money trying to get ATT out here to get it fixed.I was told the owner or at least ***** would call me back when they talk. ***** said don't worrie we will take care of you.It's now 6pm and no call.I would never use them again or nor will I ever say anything good about them.
