We made an appointment for our business to have a door fixed on a range oven. The guy came said he did not have the parts to fix the oven and we needed to pay $150 which would go to the service. So at that time the oven could not be repaired, because the tech said he needed to order the parts. We called the company back on December 5th asking when would the parts be back in. We were told by Chris the owner that we were out of $150 because they could not Find the part nor fix it.Initial Complaint

On 05/022003 **** a tech. with CAS Appliance Repair came to my home to give me a estimate for on a ** Range he informed me that my problem was the computer board. I gave him permimission to complete the job with a down payment of ****** dollars He returned on5/9/23 with another tech. Chris. who help him install 2 boards and there was still a problem with the calibration of was the original problem. **** was without a probe and was using mine which was faulty Chris had one he stated he was sure of it. The balance of ****** as paid. **** returned again to calibrate but with no probe still relying on. mine I informed **** that my probe wasn't working. He said he would have to go get one and return with *****, He did then it was discovered it was calibration problem and he would need to go talk with a ** Tech to discuss the problem and get back to me. I have spoke to **** twice and was told he had not done so yet but be patience. Today is 6/27/2003 **** and His supervisor or Boss have failed to answer my phone calls The boards was not the problem and I am out of $639.69. Invoice# ********** Whenever I use the Oven I'm reminded of a rip off.Customer response

To date I have not heard from CAS Appliance Repair in regard to this complaint. This complaint still remains the same in the original complant filed with the BBB. My decision is to remain on file with BBB until this matter is Solved' Thanks, *************************
