I purchased 3 festival in the box on 8-20-24. The amount was ******. I was informed my order was shipped with ***. They passed the package to ****. I checked the tracking number and it states the order was delivered. 1Z1YY6324233445713 is the tracking number with **** The package was not there. I contacted **** and they stated the it was missing my street address but had my apartment number. I made a ticket with the website since they have no number to call. They got back with me and I requested to have my order refunded. I got a email saying it would take 7 business days. This was 9-24-24. But the canceled number does not match my order number. Order Cancellation ********. I waited until 10-7-24 and tried another ticket after not receiving my refund. I got the same typical response and then pushed off to scalefast **** They did the same refund with the same cancellation number. I tried to ask if they are supposed to match but they close off communication before verifying the issue is resolved. I have been going around in circles trying to get my money back for a product I never received. I also put in a order with my bank stating I never got my product but the last thing I saw, was they was working with their bank. I will try to drop another ticket with the website as well but I can use some help. I do want to add that I tried to get a copy of the document **** had to show the package going to the wrong address but they refused. Not sure why but that leaves me somewhat defenseless.
