  ****************** has done work for me previously and I recommended his service to my daughter. She needed bathroom repair work as a result of a previous contractor not completing the work. The work started with an upstairs bathroom leak and she opted to include remodeling of the bathroom since there was work to be done. ****************** gave her a quote and they agreed to proceed with the work. He worked at her property for about two weeks on and off. My daughter, who is a very busy, single mother, trusted ****************** and was comfortable with him. On August 17th, ****************** texted to inform her he would like to make a draw (money) and wanted to know when he would be paid. After some discussion, a payment of $900.00 was made via Zelle. He confirmed via text, that he received the payment and would arrive by 9 AM. He has yet to return to her property to do any work. He left his tools and equipment on my daughters property in disarray. She texted him repeatedly, several days checking on him, concerned for his health and well being since he is senior citizen. Additionally, this is someone that was referred to her by me. After two weeks, it became clear that ****************** was not going to communicate or finish the job. She then reached out to another vendor for a quote and he immediately informed her that she should contact the Police. She contacted them to do a health and wellness check and just to create an official record. Since then, I have proof that he is answering other business calls and continuing his work. I also recommended him to one other person (prior to his default with my daughter) for some work with her windows. She called (after he defaulted on my daughter) and he was very harsh and unprofessional when he found that I referred her. She informed me that he became belligerent, hostile and said "he was not capable of doing any window work". This is contrary to his prior ascertions. He also shouted "Why did you call me"? I have evidence to support.
