This company came by to pick up biohazard trash. WE never contacted them to come by our office. We use a different company. They send us an invoice for services not rendered or requested. We have called them several times to resolve this. I have spoke with ********* on July 27, 2023, Aug 3, 2023, and August 9, 2023. Each time she would tell me to call back that she still had not talked to "them" When I asked who was them she replied the accounting. In conclusion we have never used their company nor have we requested their company to come by so we do not owe this balance. During one of the times that he came by to pick up the trash I told him that we use Smart Waste for our biohazard and to please quit coming here. They attached the name Smart Waste to the invoice. We have contacted Smart Waste and they are not affiliated with this company and they said that this was a scam. Therefore we are reaching out to you to get this issue resolved.Business response

Approximately three years ago Oncore purchased Smart Waste. This site in question was a customer of Smart Waste and we purchased that agreement. We are only attempting to fulfill the service requirements as set forth in the Smart Waste Agreement.
We are very sorry for any confusion this has created and will be happy to let this customer seek another company to serve their medical waste needs.
We did, however, perform the service as agreed under the Smart Waste Agreement and would like to be paid.

I am trying to get solar panels installed but the Distributed Generation section of Oncor has failed to reply to the incidents report that they sent to me for verification. Solar Wells, solar company, says Oncor has turn down the application. I have called on the 16th of this month and was told by the women that she has both incident reports and do not know why I have not been contacted.Business response
