  Jesus Landscaping & Construction (JLAC)************* His (spanish)*********** ***************************** 2/10 @ 4:45p RRR ******************** Was delivered 2/13/23 ******************** at 04:25PM to ****** *********************************************************************** met with ********, her husband, and his brother, a lovely family, to discuss landscape yard project. We discussed, I paid, but the finished product is not the picture and there is no edging, based upon my invoice. They promised materials would not fall out of laid parameters and loose rocks is not what I paid for.I am not satisfied with the security of the materials they installed. They refuse to refund any of my money, remove the billions of rocks, or correct to my complete satisfaction, with their warranty. Their solution was to patch up with 10 gallons of G3 Technisoil but the square footage requires 65 gallons per manufacturer which would total $7800, plus what already paid JLAC. Another contractor says the 10 gallons would have totally destroyed my yard. My invoice says I paid for edged borders but they weren't installed. They refused to provide any receipts of products placed in my yard. They can remove all rocks and refund me $4600 because it seems unsafe to me and my community. I submitted paver stones to ******** that would not have needed much sealant. Was quoted much less by another landscaper but to correct the issue will be twice what I paid to JLAC. I trusted and chose to patronize their family business. I have emails, texts, and receipts to prove I asked for all details before the invoice was sent and the job was started. They were mailed a demand letter. Please help us come to an agreement so project is completed to my satisfaction and what was submitted to beautify my yard. I am disabled, elderly, and want to keep the community safe. This has been a very stressful ordeal. thank you

  Complaint was resolved on 2/14 after receiving mailed and certified notice. The company and I reached a favorable agreement. Please kindly close out the complaint.
