We were in the dealership on 4/12 until closing. We told them this was the first shop we been to and probably want to shop around some and make an informed decision because my husband is not experienced. We were not offered a test drive of the bike. So the bike has never been driven at all by us, never test drove, and we did not take the bike off the lot. We were honestly exhausted after all the back and forth and my husband is a diabetic and we had been there a few hours. We did not receive the full contract on 4/12, the reason is because they said they got the bike from their 'sister store' and didnt have all the information on the bike yet and the finance guy told me to sign a blank document. So we did not get the full vehicle purchase agreementthe only papers we received were for the extended warranty and the paper talking about insurance and the papers for the gap protection. I dont even see how they can sell us a bike when they didnt have all the information on that bike and why was I told to sign a blank document? We did not take possession of the bike and emailed and called multiple times when they opened the next morning and finally heard back from the sales manager ***** who was incredibly rude. He told me too bad, it is my bike and claimed the loan had already funded within an hour Friday night which I find insanely hard to believe. In fact I called Eaglemark and they said they do not work on the weekend so it might be at the earliest today 4/15. ***** said they would keep the bike if we paid them $11,000- he said he they would be taking a huge loss on the bike which is absolutely ridiculous when at that time no way the papers were even all complete. We literally called the very next morning as soon as they opened about unwinding this deal after we were just in there after closing the night before. I explained how we also felt very pressured by his sales team, and he said no one chained us to the table or tied us up. I talked to an attorney who saidInitial Complaint

Someone has stolen my information. An unknown individual has filled out a credit application at LONGHORN HARLEY-DAVIDSON for a 2003 HARLEY-DAVIDSON RH975 NIGHTSTER, in *************, ** and was denied. I received the letter of denial today in the mail. I did not apply, I did not give them any information, I don't ride nor would I never buy a motorcycle. The Bank that sent me the letter of denial is *********************** ***********, **.
