This business has had my ****************** for repair since Jan 2022. It was previously in this shop in 2021 for the same issue. The 2021 issue was supposedly fixed & I paid the bill according. The same issue happened again in Jan 2022, called the owner of American Bus Specialist directly, since the repair was under warranty. They sent a tow truck to take my truck to their shop. They have had it for 1.5 years, with no answers as to what the issue is, or why its not fixed. I have visited the location and attempted to resolve this directly. The owner, *********, will now not answer calls, texts, or agree to meet me. They are also refusing to let me take it to another shop so I can get it fixed. They have refused to provide any detail of work done or parts replaced. Yet they tell me I have to pay $5000 for parts. All I want is to get my truck back so I can get it repaired properly.Initial Complaint

This company has had my coach (bus) since march 14th. Christian Martinez (the owner) has given me the run around every week, due to this, its crumbling my business. He made a claim that a tow truck driver damaged another trailer on his property and left the scene in which he claims to have footage. I told him that I would be more than happy to assist and help resolve this matter, especially since I was present and I'm the one that ordered the tow truck with his permission. When I arrived to his shop, he cursed me out and said that he wasn't willing to talk until I pay for what the tow truck did nor would he provide me with the footage or pictures that I could send to AAA to rectify this situation. He's now holding my vehicle against my will which is illegal. He said " I have the parts for your bus and they've been ready but I'm not fixing it until you give me $5,000 for the damages that was caused by AAA. This bus will not leave my property until I'm paid". After calmly explaining to him that he would be paid, he still wouldn't work with me. With his consent, I recorded some of the conversation until he asked me stop recording due to him being caught up in several lies. He threatened to take me to court in which I told him it was not necessary if he had video footage. I made a damage complaint with AAA and I spoke to the owner from the tow truck company as well. I made a damage complaint through AAA and provided Mr. Martinez with the necessary information to rectify this situation. He has the AAA complaint number along with the dates/time of the tow and the owner of the tow truck companies information. The owner of the tow truck company also reached out to me stating that Mr. Martinez was very difficult to deal with. Even after stating that he would pay for damages if his company was at fault, Mr. Martiniez still would provide the necessary footage. It's all hear say.Business response
