  On September 26 I placed an order through their website. I received email confirmation of the order on September 26th. On October 2nd I emailed and inquired about the status of my order. I did receive a response. At that point I checked online and there was a tracking number. I have now gone back and their website is gone. No link in my previous email functions. Its like they have shut down and run with the money.

  I placed two orders, One on June 4th #JP37623, and One on June 8th #JP37692. After approximately five weeks and several emails later I received my first order, I've now been trying to get my 2nd Order #JP37692 and was initially told that I had already received it, after showing that I had two seperate Orders they finally acknowledged that I had an order that had not been filled or shipped. I asked for a refund and was told that it was being shipped from their warehouse. I've emailed their customer service numerous times since asking to simply get a refund because it's been Two months and the order still hasn't shipped, All they reply with is we're sorry for the delay your order is being fulfilled and you'll be receiving a tracking number in the next couple of days. I feel that 2 months is way too long for an order that according to their website is supposed to arrive within Two weeks, And I should be able to Cancel the Order and get refunded when asked after waiting two months and it's obviously not been shipped. I have my receipts, and all corresponding emails to back up exactly what I am stating. This Companies **************** is the worst I've ever seen and they Refuse to Refund my money for an order of 3 shirts totaling $94.85 that hasn't shipped in almost 60 days.

But I can't understand how it took forever for it to even attempt to arrive but got back 2 you guys with in 24 hours, I really and truly have a problem with that. Put yourself in my shoes, would you be happy? No you would not... I have asked multiple times to send me a refund, so now I can only assume your company is different to deal with. Which brings a second point, if the things are not the correct size what h*** will i go through to correct it.

  I placed an order on 1/3/23. After two weeks of no email of order I contacted customer service and was then send order confirmation on two of the items. I asked about other two and was told it had to be made. It's seat and steering wheel cover. After several emails I finally received a tracking number for the first two items, cup and tire cover. I inquired about the seat and steering wheel cover a week or so later and they sent an order confirmation. I was then told that it was lost in shipping. I never once received a tracking number for that order. I sent an email yesterday asking for a full refund and was sent another tracking number. It shows that the label was printed on 1/30/23 and was not dropped off until 2/10/23.

  I ordered seat covers for my 2022************** which do not fit due to the fact I have side airbags and there would be no way to move my seats to allow someone to get in the back seat. Company refuses to cooperate and send me a refund. Also they are advertising that they are water resistant and the are made from a flammable material As you will see I wouldn't use this material for anything This company should be shut down
