Dear Better Business Bureau,
We are writing in response to a complaint filed by one of our customers regarding an underpayment issue for a document purchase made with Bitcoin. We want to provide a comprehensive overview of the situation and the steps we took to resolve it.
Upon receiving the customer's order, our system automatically flagged it due to an underpayment issue, stemming from the volatile nature of cryptocurrency values. Consequently, the documents the customer had purchased were not immediately dispatched. The customer reached out to our customer service team, who escalated the issue to our specialized team for further investigation. Unfortunately, during this period, the customer left a negative review on ****** regarding their experience, and reported to you.
Understanding the frustrations that payment discrepancies, especially with cryptocurrency transactions, can cause, we reviewed the transaction details. Despite the underpayment, we decided to prioritize customer satisfaction and proceeded to send the documents to the customer.
We also reached out to the customer to explain the situation and our decision to honor their purchase. We were gratified to see that the customer acknowledged our efforts to resolve the issue by updating their ****** review to reflect their improved experience.
We are committed to providing excellent service to all our customers and to continuously improving our processes. We believe that our actions in response to this situation demonstrate our dedication to customer satisfaction and service quality. The updated positive review by the customer can be viewed on ******.

Hello,
When I examined our customer's complaint, *********************, I saw that our order e-mails were sent by our system and opened by our customer. Afterward, the order e-mails were forwarded to him two more times at his request. Apart from this, PDF files were also sent from the chat application through which he communicated with us. Attachments sent from this application are also sent to him via e-mail.
We already send the documents they create in the order e-mails sent to our customers in PDF format. We wanted to help by saying that we can send the order e-mail to another e-mail address upon the declarations of our customer.
I'm posting screenshots from both Sendgrid and our system. You can also see in the screenshots that it has been opened many times by the customer. (We have hidden the *** keys in the screenshots for our security.)
We are selling a digital product, and according to both our and Sendgrid's logs, this product was delivered to our customer, and our customer opened emails. When we examined the system logs, the digital documents created as stated on our site were sent to our customers. Our customer has received his order in return for his purchased service.
Despite all this, if our customer requests, we would like to help him with his documents.
We always strive to provide the best service and build documents that meet our customer's needs.
