This is regarding my balance owed on my vehicle that this Company is not reporting correctly to the credit agencies. The balance have not been updated since May of 2022. My balance is still showing $10000. It should be showing. $7460.81 as of November 4th. I have alerted the Company of this error twice with no positive results. This is affecting my credit score!!!! This balance should be updated immediately.Initial Complaint

Sent them a check priority mail, for the remainder of my auto loan. Used the tracking number and it says it was delivered on Monday July 18th Called then on Monday July 25th and they said they haven't received the check.
