      I took my IMac and hard drive to Simply Mac in ******, ****** in June 2022 and unfortunately the store was closed due to bankruptcy 6/9/22. Still trying to get my property returned. All leads have ended up with no result. I would like my computer and hard drive returned!

      I purchased a MacBook from Best Buy and on the day that my Apple Support ran out I had a problem with it. I took it to Simply Mac and they offered me protection that was better than what Apple offered so I purchased it for a little more than $300.00 it is supposed to cover anything that happened to my MacBook computer for years to come. I just found out that everyone of their stores have closed. I have a contract though them that I had to sign to Purchase the protection and a receipt for the protection that is now useless. I feel as though I should be FULLY refunded for the protection because they can not honor their end of what I have paid for. I have not used the protection the first time yet and now that I need it they are permanently closed. I am in the process of getting the receipt for proof of purchase.

      I have a 3 year warranty with simply Mac to repair my computer up to how much it is worth. At the time of purchase, they told me this was better than apple care and that I should buy this. I began to have issues with my computer and tried to reach out, ultimately finding out they are closed. I called apple and they told me they can do nothing about it. But I paid for a full warranty for up to how much my computer is worth. I want someone to contact me to either get reimbursed for this or if apple can take this over and fix my computer with that warranty. I am not sure what to do or how to move forward.

      On April 30, 2022 I went into Simply Mac in ***** to purchase an Apple Mac Book Air for college. Simply Mac was a premier partner with Apple so they carried these computers. I was told that they did not have any in stock but they were getting a shipment in a week or so. I paid $1059.99 (I have attached a pdf scan of the receipt) for the computer that I was told I would receive at a later date. After a week went by I called the ***** Simply Mac store to see if they had a shipment come in yet. They told me it might be another week. I called again after anther week went by and was told that it would be another two weeks for the shipment. Within the two weeks the business closed its doors and I have still never received my computer or a refund. I have called Apple and they are unable to help as Simply Mac was just a premier partner and not an official store. I also left several messages with Simply Mac which have not been answered. I would really like my money back since I paid and never received the product.

      I purchased a MacBook PRO in October of 2021. I never received it. When I requested a refund, I was sent an affirmation of a refund and told that it should reflect in my bank account within days. The money never appeared, and no refund was ever issued. I just need to know how to proceed.

      On May 3, 2022 I placed an online order from simply Mac. I purchased an IPad Air (5th generation) and a pro stylus. I received an order confirmation and the order is paid in full. Order still show unfulfilled . I have sent emails to ********************************* but I have not received a response. It is now July 29,2022 and I have not received my order or any response from the emails I sent. I am seeking a full refund of $703.60 (total amount of purchase)

      I purchased a MacBook Pro 06/2020 along with the ********** protection plan. My computer is experiencing malfunctions that require it to be repaired, and the Apple store quoted me ~$600. I mentioned that I had **********, but since it was purchased through SimplyMac, it was invalid. I have now paid ~$400 for the ********** and ~$600 for the repair because all of the stores have suddenly shut down, and there has been no way to get in contact with customer service of ********************.
