The company has gone bankrupt on June 9th. I went to check on a purchase that was made on 3/26/22 I was told that it would be a 8 to 10 weeks for the order because of the chip shortage. So I periodically checked in this past Friday the 10th of June I called but there was no answer, so I decided to go down there to check on my order. When I got there the doors were locked. I found out the company has gone bankrupt. I can't get my money or the product. I don't know what to do or who to turn to. If there is anyone that can help me I would greatly appreciate it.Review from Mequell J

I am currently in the process of disputing a charge for a Mac laptop with my bank from this company. I received a sealed empty box in the mail. I wont speculate how this happened but I did inform the company of my issue. I also informed Route - the laughable delivery service that you pay extra for that simply Mac offers an unsuspecting consumer at checkout. Route is suppose to protect you if your item is lost or stolenbut they dont. In addition, even though you may be freaking out about your merchandise being lost or stolen please keep in mind that you have to wait 5 days to file a claim with Route even though ultimately they will deny your claim. They denied my claim after one day of me reporting the issue. The company advised Simply Mac is responsible. Dont pay extra for Routein fact Dont buy any merchandise from the company Simply Mac. This company is fraud at its finest when it comes to delivering on purchased merchandise. The resolution is simple. If a customer doesnt get their purchased item, a refund or replacement is due immediately.Review from Aaron H

Facts to consider before visiting:1. Pre-payment of repairs is required.2. The repair will be done on their schedule and their timeline. You must accommodate them.3. They have no problem with you spending your time or money to fix their mistake.Review from Randall S

I ordered a Mac book pro from Simply Mac web site on 2/3/22. After 3 weeks of no change in the order I emailed to request an update and told that I received an email when I ordered, a form letter, and was told stock was arriving 2/20/22 and would be 2 to 3 days after that to ship. On 2/26/22 after no change in the status of my order I emailed and requested the order be cancelled and my charge refunded to my account. I was told the order would be cancelled and a refund issued on Monday 2/28. This week I filed a complaint with my credit card company to get my money back from this incompetent bunch. The Apple Premier Partner designation only lends credibility that helps this company draw in VICTIMS and Apple needs to revoke this designation immediately. All this company does is get your money, your order is not their problem. This company should be shut down so they can no longer abuse customers to try to keep their business afloat. But the first thing that needs to happen is Apple needs to pull their affiliation with this business because Apple is only adding credibility to a company that is abusing Apple customers.Review from Bre E

If I could give Simply Mac no stars I would. I ordered a Apple pen on January 10th, 2022 and I have not received it. Whenever I go online to SimplyMac.com it shows that my product has not been shipped yet. I have sent Simply Mac multiple emails regarding my online order, called them multiple times, and left a voicemail. Today is February 24th, 2022 and I still have no reply from this company. Every time I call to get in touch with someone it goes straight to the menu and then disconnects. I am highly frustrated !!! I will not be buying anything from this company EVER !!Review from Richard D

Very poor business and rude employees. Went into this store on February 10th to buy a device to hook my phone to the computer and decided I didnt need it since I bought a new computer. Returned device on February 14th was told by phone I would only get 45.00 out of 55.00 back. I asked when the amount would be credited on to my account with my bank. The employee said its on now well its not so I asked a different employee and I said so in 72 hours it will automatically show up he said he doesnt like the word automatically. The employee was busy playing with a computer and never said thank you just typing on computer and gave me the receipt that says returned but it says I made a purchase instead of return. My bank is going to investigate. Very rude people and not friendly will never shop there anymore. Doors should be shut down for good. Please do not shop here you will regret it.Review from Clifford J

I agree with everyone that says they wish they could give this place 1 star !!. I do not understand why they are a vendor on Apple's site. I went to have my iPhone 12 Pro's screen replaced on 1/7/2022 at the ********, ** Store. They could never get the part in it was over a month. Informed me that the part was not in stock due to logistics. Long story short, go the Apple Store or Best Buy. Do not waste your time with these people. Went to Apple and had my screen replaced in an 1 hour and a half. Also, Apple did not charge me an additional $25 in diagnostic fees. Stay away from Simply Mac.Review from Dushyant C

I placed an order on Nov 25th 2021 and still not arrived. On top of that, I just received an email stating that now it will ship late February that too not 100% sure. Not satisfied with them at all. I will not suggest anyone to do business with Simply Mac.Review from Maquilla A

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I placed an order for 3 iPad Air 256gig devices from the Simply Mac website on Dec.1. At the time the order was placed, the devices were listed as in stock. When I failed to receive an update on my order after about a week, I contacted the company via email on Dec 9 regarding the status of my order. I received a response on December *************************************************** stock mid January. I contacted the company again via email on January 6 regarding the status of my order. I received a response via email that same day informing me that the new estimated inventory date would be January 19. I contacted the local Simply Mac store only to be given poor customer service and little remorse for the delay in receiving my equipment. I spoke with a total of 4 people today only to be told that the inventory is not expected to be in until February 19. This company has fully earned their F rating.Review from Smith N

Purchased a laptop from the company on December 14, 2021, I am still waiting for the order to arrive. I was told that a shipment would arrive on early part of January 2022. Now I am told the shipment will arrive on February 19, 2022. I am getting the run around. I asked for a refund but I am told there is a 10% fee. The company isnt even in stock. When you click on the item online it doesnt say on back order. The company is deceptive in their marketing. Not satisfied with them at all. I will never do business with them again. I will spread the word to my family and friends not to do business with Simply Mac.
