I purchased the "********************* "Bacteria Busting" CPAP Cleaner" at a price of $151.90 from dreameister and they shipped it on December3, 2022, the order number was #****. the machine quit working (would not charge) after about seven months. I recently looked at the paperwork and found that it has an 18 month warranty so I emailed them at ****************************** to ask about the warranty on February 13 2024 and received no response. I sent another email on February 22nd and again received no response. Today I found your site that had their phone number so I tried to call them several times. The phone shows that it is calling but there is no ringing noise, after about 3 minutes the line disconnects and this is why I am filing a complaint. They have no customer serviceInitial Complaint

Purchased a ******* CPAP equipment cleaner. Had an awesome *** with the unit not turning off emailed complaint as directed got no response. I have previously reached out to the customer to provide me with information about their issue but i have had not response back
I have refunded back the customer their money even though i have not heard back from them
So the customer has recieved their refund now and still has the product.
So this matter can be closed now

I purchased a Dreameister cleaner for my CPap machine on 3/1/23. My purchase price was $151.90. I received this item on 3/9/23. I followed instructions on how to charge & use this machine. The charge hasnt taken after several tries. *** tried emailing 5 times now with no response back. The phone # listed on their web site isnt a working phone line. Ive received an Email daily from the company checking if all is good but I remain with no contact back. I gave 30 days to return for full refund but Id like some communication first. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My phone. # is needed is *************. Thank you.Business response

I had replied to the customers emails a day after they sent it. I had informed them that i have sent them a replacement and it would take 4-5 days to be received. This was on 15th march 2023. Looking at the tracking for the replacement unit, they would have received it on 20 march. The tracking says it was delivered. So the customer has the new replacement unit, so all is resolved. Thanks
