      After a wreck my vehicle was taken to this location. They kept it for six weeks and each time I called it was always Should be this time next week my car rental had run out so I had to pay for two extra weeks. The car was released a few days before Thanksgiving. My daughter was in her way to work on I35. The vehicle completely died on her. She could have been hurt or killed as well as being a danger to other motorists around her. She sat on the side of the road for six hours. The vehicle was towed to ********* in Burleson because Collision Maxx would not take vehicles after hours. ********* found a hole in the battery so they changed it out but the motor would not turn over. This left us with no vehicle. I had to go out and find another vehicle to get us around. So now I have a car payment I cannot afford. As my daughter missed three days of work, she lost her job over it. Collision Maxx will not accept responsibility for this mess. They missed the hole in the battery when the vehicle was first taken to them. I am now out a LOT of money and so is my daughter over losing her job. I still dont have my car in working order. save your deductible is an attractive sign but not if it is not going to fix your vehicle.

      The customers repairs were done according to the insurance estimate. This was a minor accident with no mechanical repairs needed. The service manager has spoken to her and let her know this is probably an internal engine problem which is beyond our capabilities since we only do paint and body. He also informed her she might want to call her dealership as there could be a recall on the problem. If ************ has an issue with the repairs that were approved by her insurance or our workmanship due to the repairs paid by insurance she is more than welcome to bring her vehicle in as we have a lifetime warranty on the repairs completed. This however is a mechanical problem that is highly unlikely due to the accident.
