He did some work for my mother. The same scam using ******* as a tool to gain the trust of his victims. What started out as a $59 duct cleaning as advertised ended up being $959. If you feel you have been taken advantage of, report him to the **** ***** **** ** ********* *** **********. In Texas, you are required to be licensed to treat mold.

Thomas **** came and took $500 bucks from me as well saying there’s mold needs to spared with chemicals lies too and said call within a year to come back and do it again but no answer been calling and emailing nothing just took my money

Total scam. I paid through Groupon for an air duct cleaning. When he showed up and inspected my system, he said there was mold and he needed to treat it with an expensive spray. He spent way too short of an amount of time in the attic with a small handheld sprayer. And then said everything was done and the mold and ductwork was taken care of. I checked further and found out that he has done this same thing over and over. I had another company whose credentials checked out come and look at my system. They gave an accurate and detailed report on services they could offer. They also looked at where the Air Purity Specialist made holes to spray the system and showed me how it would have been ineffective based on his placement of holes. Also addressed was the fact that he never did anything to clean the ducts claiming that brush cleaning would damage the ductwork. I have to get the second company come and clean the ducts. I want a complete refund.

Tommy..... He came to our house, claimed he cleaned the vent and forced us to give him a 5 star review on Groupon before he would do anything else. We found out later he did nothing and just sprayed something that made the house smell good. Turns out he blocked our number after that. When we pushed him to tell us how could he have cleaned the vent without removing any tape from the vent, he claimed he was able to lift it. All lies. There is no way to lift anything. He subsequently stopped answering my calls and blocked my number. Turns out this is his MO........

Bad customer service! They keep rescheduling and never show up. I bought Groupon last year in Sep. I emailed them and scheduled for Oct 2021 and they never showed up and rescheduled for Feb 2022 and now when I tries to confirm the appointment, they are saying I did not confirm the appointment and that they will not come until April. I have never experienced such thing with any businesses. Why offer Groupon when they can’t keep up with the appointments. Please don’t waste your money with this business.

Purchased a ******* for Air Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning in Sept 2021. A date wasn't available until December 2021, which was fine and I agreed to the date. Tommy text us the morning of when he was on his way. Upon arrival, he went to the attic where he told me "Yep, you have mold. Luckily it's green and not black." I was not surprised by this, called my husband so Tommy could speak with him since he was out and the cost was going to be $1,050. After quickly talking, we decided to proceed since my husband was gone and we didn't want to have mold with our little girl in the home (and Tommy is from Conroe - we live in South Dallas). Tommy went to my attic to do the work and was done within 35 minutes. I could definitely smell the Microban, but outside of that, our return is still filthy. The "mold" he sent me a picture of wasn't mold at all. It was green discoloration from where condensation had dripped on the pan and settled. After contacting another A/C Company, the technician name out 3 hours after Air Purity Specialists left and found that our ducts had not been cleaned at all (Tommy did create a hole where he attempted to clean, but didn't actually); we did not have mold at all, and he did not clean our dryer vent at all either. We now have to dispute the charge. Do NOT use this company. Go to **** to see even more reviews with stories just like this. Don't trust what you see on ******** He tried to get me to review it right after the service, which is how those reviews look so good. I told him I'd get to it this afternoon. Glad I waited because while he was very, very kind, his service is NOT 5 stars. It's honestly not even 1. I'm so disappointed. Especially considering he prides his company on being Veteran owned and operated; I genuinely wanted to support someone who had given so much. Bad move apparently.
