    Omega Animal Removal's Refund Policy

Omega Animal Removal guarantees to remove all nuisance wildlife out of your attic and keep them out for as long as you live there. With the removal of the nuisance wildlife from the home, generally all of the noises that you hear in the attic will cease. However, not every noise that you hear in the attic is from nuisance wildlife. Sometimes there are numerous things that can be found in attic spaces that create noises similar to those created by nuisance wildlife.

They include but are not limited to the following:
    1. HVAC units
    2. Loose duct work
    3. Roaches
    4. Geckos
    5. Branches scraping on the roof
    6. Acorns rolling down the roof
    7. Rodents scratching in the gutters and other external areas
    8. Squeaking vents

Because the noises can be similar to that of nuisance wildlife, it is very rare but not impossible to continue hearing some types of noise in the attic space after Omega Animal Removal has completed all of the work. If you do continue to hear noises in the attic space even after all of the work has been done by Omega Animal Removal, we will take steps to determine if the noises you hear are indeed still the nuisance wildlife.

The actions we will take will include:
    1. We will re-inspect the home for any new entry points or areas that could have been missed.
    2. We will leave different baits, not on traps, throughout the attic to see if they get eaten at all.
    3. The final step that we will take is to leave game cameras positioned throughout the entire attic to conclude if there are still indeed animals in the attic space.

If after all three of the steps are completed and all of them conclude that there are no animals in your attic space then we will not refund any of the amount paid to, or owed to Omega Animal Removal. By signing this document you agree to and understand its terms and conditions.
