I called Best Appliance Sales & Repair on August 10,2022 to have my LG Washer fixed. The Technician ask me what was the problem. I told the Technician that my LG Washer has a Code, OE, on the front panel of washer and also that the water wouldn't drain. Technician came to my house and stayed three hours working. He replaced 1-Seal, 1-Water Pump Seal, Repaired Door Magnet, Adjust level of washer, and Screwed 1 leg onto the washer. The total was $300.00 on August 11, 2022. I was told, by Tech, not to used Washer for 24 hours, because the magnet needed to dry and because of the glue. August 12, 2022, I washed only two loads, Code UE appeared on LG washer panel. Called Best Appliance, for the third time. I spoke to Supervisor, stated him the problem about the CODE. I asked when can the Technician come back to repair my washer again. He stated to me that his Tech said when I called, I did not say anything about a Code OE. When they got here to my house, Code OE was on the washer panel. How could you miss seeing something like that? Later on, the Supervisor said his Technician does not makes mistakes, despite my washer still messing up. They Refuse to come back. Keep Your money in your pocket, next time I will check the reviews before hand!Review from james p.

I called this company to repair an Amana that was less than 18 months old washing machine on 5,14,22. they lifted the washer used drill and left with 15 minutes and was charged $302.01.( this was a machine that cost less than $600), I was given a 1 year warranty on parts and 60 days on labor. One week later the washer wont run again, i called multiple times only to get answering machines, until on a Friday I was told they would pull my ticket and call me back on Monday, By noon I hadn't heard from them, after several attempts I finally got through to a person who told me they would pull my ticket, no one called me or would give an approximate time they would be able to repair the washer. I finally called back and spoke to the repairman who asked me what the washer was doing ? As a professional he should have had a clue, but tells me to throw my machine away and they had an old Kenmore machine they could sell me... WTH?
