We have a service contract with Relevant Solutions for Maintenance of our Gardener Denver Compressor. The contract has been in place for a few years. Per contract they are required to do a six monthly PM. They did not come for PM and later in September 2022 the compressor stopped functioning effectively. We had to f/up to get their team to do PM. Looks like they have a team of incompetent workers who could not analyze the issue. They ordered parts which failed to work. Later they ordered some more parts, which did not resolve the issue. The Compressor would start and after a few minutes would slow down and stop. We complained to Relevant' s rep ' John ***** *******' . ***** acknowledged that the new set of service personnel are not technical and cannot analyze effectively. ***** said he would issue full credit for the repair invoices if we purchased a compressor from Relevant. Reluctantly, we agreed to purchase a new Compressor from Relevant. When we issued a PO for the new Compressor, they informed us that the Compressor is no longer available and we will have to wait until the New Year. Also, they said the price will be revised upwards for the next compressor as it would be a bigger size. More than what we need. Our Production was seriously impacted as we could not assemble and ship our pumps and pump packages to our customers resulting in lost revenue of over 150K for each month (October and November 2022) and Customer dissatisfaction. We found an alternate brand new Compressor at a much lower price and with a reputable supplier. Since, Relevant could not deliver on time or analyze the matter accurately we opted for this supplier and installed the new compressor in December. As a result, we managed to get our October and November orders shipped before year end December. We asked Relevant to take the old compressor and settle. They are not willing to resolve the matter.. We are therefore requesting your intervention. I Look forward to an amicable resolve of the open invoices.
