Had an amazing experience with Floor Coverings International for updating the main areas of my home - hallways, living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast area, and a half bath. Reinel helped pick out perfect high-quality vinyl flooring, showing their focus on customer needs. Oscar, the project manager, ensured a smooth process, with his team removing old floors and prepping meticulously for the new ones. They handled the mess professionally, leveling the concrete perfectly before flooring installation. Their detail didn’t stop at flooring; a second team did an excellent job with shoe molding and paint touch-ups. Reinel and Oscar also arranged a clean-up crew for the dust, and plumbers who expertly reassembled the sink and toilet. Their punctuality and communication were top-notch, always clear about schedules. This work has made me confident in having them back for the bedrooms and more once I finish remodeling. Floor Coverings International, especially Reinel and Oscar, have my highest recommendation for their quality, attention to detail, and seamless communication. They’re the go-to for a stress-free, satisfying flooring project.

I can’t say enough great things about Floor Coverings International! The installation was finished right on time and is a very professional quality job, I appreciated the communication throughout the project through to completion. After a bad experience with another company I only wish I had found FCI sooner!! Floor Coverings International Houston Heights was top notch from beginning to end. Their response time was immediate, their staff were all very professional and we highly recommend this business.
