We hired Chris shortly after purchasing our home in January to remove full house flooring and interior paint. He walked in the day he gave the estimate talking about the more work he got the better quote we would get. After we agreed to the contract, his "team" started working the next day. We wanted our kitchen done and he said that would be a second project. We agreed to the project for our kitchen countertops and backsplash. He made me feel uneasy but I wanted my home to be done. It caused me so much anxiety I came to check and see of anyone was working on my home as we were still in the rental. He spoke to my husband when hebwas following up and Chris blamed me for my husband following up with him. "I know the wife is putting pressure on you." It was upsetting but I didn't say anything because i wanted my hoke completed. He completed the floors and interior paint but the work is not what was agreed upon. It's incomplete. As for the second project, he never came back to complete although he received the money for it. This was our first experience with a contractor and it was the worst experience. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN. HE CANNOT CLAIM TO FEAR GOD, BUT TAKE PEOPLE'S HARD EARNED MONEY. HE IS A THEIF AND DECEPTIVE. DON'T LET HIS "GOOD GUY" ACT FOOL YOU. He even got down on one knee and told me to trust him. If you find these reviews before doing buisness with him and still decide to give him a chance. DON'T. HE will take your money and you will never hear back from him. LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN.

Please Please be careful with this guy Chris ******* or Christian ******* and he also goes by a different name. He stole our money and never completed my work. Destroy my kitchen cabinets doors never finished my work in kitchen and bathroom. Please do not give this man any money

Please do not do business with this Company he does not pay his Sub-Contractors and the Sub-Contractors come to me about payment, this resulting in me contacting the police. Chris the owner has borrowed money ($3500.00)from me claim he could not meet payroll for Houston Floor installation LLC stating he will pay me back in 30 days and it's now 4 months he won't answer my text or calls, he had no intentions of paying me he actually actually told me this was a civil case and after going to this website I see why I have to take him to civil court as so many have done. He's a true fraud and the law should close down this business as he live to rip people off. Based on all the complaints I now see why he got an F from the BBB, but the Law allow him to run this business. ***** *** ***** should be held responsible in some cases because someone working at ***** *** ***** recommended this Contractor. If I had read all these reviews I would have never used him for any work. Houston Floors installation LLC is a fraud.

I hated my master bathroom. I don't think the previous owners of my home had updated it since the 80s. Almost immediately after we bought the house I started putting in calls to get estimates and getting recommendations from friends. It was actually a recommendation that brought me to Houston Floor Installation Services & More. They were so nice and gave me a super reasonable quote. I decided that they were the best choice. They came in only a week later to get started. Their crew was respectful and very fast working. Everything was done on time and they did not go over budget at all. My new bathroom is so modern and updated. I absolutely love it.

I’m so glad I decided to have my floors installed by these guys. It was such a great choice. They have excellent customer service and care so much about seeing their customers happy. My floors look amazing. The price was very reasonable. You really can’t go wrong with these guys. I recommend them so highly.

Contractor moved my furniture to storage durning the repairs. I do not know this location. He stopped working (say) week 1 out of 6 weeks of the project. For 30+ days now he does not communicate (calls, text or emails). I cannot locate my furniture. Is the storage fees being paid (I do not think so) ? Is he a theft ?

Chris ******* of Houston Floor Installation Services LLC is a THIEF and A ***********. He was paid $28,000 in check for our home renovations and we have not seen nor heard from him. This man needs to arrested and jailed because it he has done this to many people. We are seeking legal action trying to get our money back. If you are considering his services, DON’T. He will not show up. Then he will act like he’ll come to do the work to win your trust again and finally disappear. Save your hard earned money and go with an honest, reputable company.
