On Saturday 2/17/2024 I visited the Stayton, OR AMPM at 100 Whitney St. at 2pm. Gabe was the employee who refused to help me. I waited far too long for assistance, finally he came out and I said, "Why is no one out here pumping gas?" He replied, "Well if you're going to be rude you can pump your own." I don't know how to pump my own gas since we don't have to in my state, so I said, "No, you're going to do it because that's your ******* job." He then told me, "*** you, ******* *****." I had to learn to pump my own gas and just figure it out. No employee will speak to me that way and get away with it. I seek a refund, and a handwritten apology from Gabe himself, as well as a gift card for my inconvenience.

I put my money in the lottery machine.& the lottery machine was out of order. I didn't know, because I didn't see a sign saying it was out of order. That came up after the machine took my money. So I received my money back, & I was trying to get my numbers in for midday. So I asked for a quick pick 3&4 digit. & passed my money through the window & the cashier didn't give me my money back. Because he was taking other people's money & messed around & didn't give my change back.

After being a customer for more than 30 years, they change their company and when doing so they made a mess of my account. For some reason they created three accounts, billed me different amounts on different accounts. None of them made sense then they fraudulently charged a credit card of mine without my authorization, it was very difficult to speak to anyone there. When I finally got in touch with someone he promised to help me and he did not. I have attached photos of all the emails which will give a full complete date break out of conversations and what they did. I just wanna be refunded the money that they fortunately charge my card and I just never want to deal with that company again.

I tried to use The ******* *** to purchase fuel. *** *** couldn't turn the pump on. I ignored *** *** and inserted my debit card in the pump. It said it was an invalid card. I went into the store and tried to use the card it said it was invalid. I ended up prepaying for $40 worth of gas with another card. when I was leaving the station, *** *** turned the pump on. so I parked my car and looked at my debit card and it put a $100 hold on my card. It has been a week and they still have not released my card. I have called the station twice and called Bp twice and they keep telling me to wait. it has been 5 business days and they still have not released my card. My card company says they can't dispute the charge because it is still pending. I need that $100, please can you help?

On Aug 25th 2022, me and my college bought two 640 Ounce******* ****** in the bottles. At the time I had been told that I can get the deposit back if I return the empty bottles. I asked twice ,to confirm with the guy who has a scar on his face. He told me twice that I will get the refund for the empty container when I return them, both me and my co-work heard him. I also looked around the store , found no sign say no refund only exchange for the water. Today is Aug 30th, I was trying to return the empty bottles and get the refund, but the store manager and the guy who sold me the water refused to do so, and claim only exchange and no refund. I heard the other customer had same issue during the second attempt at the store. I believe that I am not the only person has this issue . The deposit is $ 12 for each container, even this is not a big amount of the money ,but the way they tried to keep the deposit by not lying to customer is really a bad practice to do business. Even now still they refuse to put upon the sign to show no refund and only exchange, more people will fall for that trap only by mouth of their words. Please help.

On 8/10/2022 at 7:21pm I tried to purchase gasoline on pump #9. The pump started recording a charge to my purchase immediately after inputting my credit card information even though I had not even started to pump an single ounce of gasoline. I notified the store clerk, whom called the store owner regarding this issue. The store owner stated this was out of their hands and I had to contact BP the corporate office or my bank/credit card company in order to resolve my issue. The store clerk confirmed that the pump was not working and had received multiple comments from clients previously about it malfunctioning. In addition, any cameras would show that my vehicle did not in fact receive any gasoline during this 2 minute task of inputting my credit card and the nozzle being stored back onto the pump to keep the price from continuing to increase without an actual pump being actuated to deliver gasoline.
