I am in receipt of a letter/contract dated February 25, 2024 advising of registration for plans totaling $14.98 a month. Please note that I did not register for/speak to any agent/authorize any protection plan from NRG company and I do not authorize withdrawal of funds from my account and no banking information was ever given. Any accounts in my name must be terminated immediately. I sent a letter on March 11, 2024 advising this is not an account I registered for and requesting immediate resolution and the response letter to my written request for any alleged account to be terminated was very suspect with improper English.Business response

To Whom It May Concern:
We at NRG Protects Inc. sincerely apologize for any inconvenience experienced by the customer. After reviewing their account, we found that they have been with us since December 2023. On March 11th, 2024, we received an email from the customer requesting the cancellation of their NRG Protects plans. Consequently, all NRG Protects plans were promptly canceled, and the refund process was initiated the following day. We have also attempted to reach out to Mr. ******* and their daughter, leaving voicemails with this update.
