Attorney David Nguyen is such a PROFESSIONAL,HONEST and an AMAZING person.My case was very complicated with lots of hurdles.In 2016, I filed my marriage based petition myself.my case was denied and was invited to homeland security office for investigation, because my case was flagged as fraudulent.I was referred to Attorney David by a friend I was placed in removal/deportation proceedings, Attorney David help to get me out of that proceeding. in 2020,I filed another marriage based petition with the help of attorney David.After the interviews ,no decision was made. We made several inquiries, made several contact.Now it’s been 3 yrs after my interview.Then,Attorney David filed a FEDERAL LAWSUIT and 3 months later my case was APPROVED, with a 10yrs green card my experience was a hell of a ride.But, attorney David was there every step of the way. Attorney David assisted me with my immigration case, and I’ve recently become permanent resident. It was the best decision I ever made. Everything was planned and explained accordingly, and I was kept updated along the way. Meeting David was the best that happened to me in this complicated Adjustment of Status journey. I had a serious RFE and I needed a Professional Immigration Lawyer that will help. I met him and he explained what we can do to get my case approved. He is very detailed and knows the process. Before going to the paid consultation with David, I had a few phone calls with a lawyer firm that offered free consultation and was advised that my parents' applications would be a difficult case due to various factors that they deemed high risk. The firm even quoted us a fee of around $7000 to represent us. I wanted to get a second opinion and was referred to David’s firm by a friend. David explained clearly that the issue was not serious or considered high risk for the cases. He quickly double-checked the submitted documents to ensure proper filing, which he said was done very well. There were just a few things that he suggested that should be done to improve the standing with no major concern. It was definitely reassuring for us and a relief from the exaggerated conversation with the other firm that caused much anxiety. It was the most well-spent $250 for a legal consultation, which led me to work with him for my parents’ case.Law Office Of David Nguyen, PC Response
