I signed up with this company in May 2022. Phone arrived fairly quick so I was happy. However, that’s the only good thing I have to say about NewPhone. Calls wouldn’t come through half the time and they would send me messages telling me I wasn’t using my service and threaten to disconnect me. Getting in touch with customer service is next to impossible. I finally got tired of the lousy service and switched to **** about a week ago. Today though I get a message from NewPhone telling me that per the agreement I signed, I now owe them for the device they sent me because I didn’t have it for at least 120 days. They need to go back to elementary school and learn basic arithmetic since it’s been at least 320 days. So if you want a company that provides spotty cell service, lousy or non-existent customer service and loves to send you threatening messages, then NewPhone is the provider for you. Otherwise, go elsewhere.Review from Joseph W

This place is a joke my service was disconnected for no reason tried to talk with someone to no avail I emailed them about my service being disconnected no response. Terrible customer service wish I could give them even a lower rating they don’t even deserve one starNewPhone Wireless Response

i tried applying for a lifeline through newphone wireless i heard about the company through a friend when I went to their website on the first page u enter your zip code and it tells u if they provide coverage in your area so I entered mine and it said congratulations we provide coverager in your area but 2 pages later when i had to enter my address it said sorry we do not offer service in your area my friend who has service through them has the same zip code and only lives 10-15mins from me I've had lifeline trough at least 4 other companies at this same address at one time or another just like i told their customer service rep that it took me a week to chat with to no avail they coukdn't tell me why their site tells me they provide coverage in my area when i enter my zip code only to tell me they dont when I enter my address or how my friend gets service in the same zip code 10mins awayNewPhone Wireless Response

Worst service ever. If it were possible to give a negative stars I would. You can't reach anyone on the phone and if by some miracle after waiting over 2 hours on hold you do reach someone you can barely understand what they are saying and after being put on hold during the call several times you either gethung up on or you still hang up with no service and even more frustrated. I have had this phone for a while and have not been able to use it. This is ridiculous and I am going to see if I can change to another provider because they are horrible.NewPhone Wireless Response

I have order an iPhone that I paid for and never received left several messages and no response can't even talk to a live person I just need my refund or the phone I just can't believe this I order the iPhone on 06/28/2022 and was supposed to get the phone on 07/07/2022 which went to the wrg address and got sent back I've contacted them by email and was waiting for them to resend it and have gotten no responseNewPhone Wireless Response

Zero stars due to their network switching. I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy s7 a few months ago and recently received an email that they were dropping 3g service and automatically upgrading to 4g/5g service. This upgrade has made my s7 unusable so I filled out all forms for the "free upgraded" phone and sim. Received an email may 31st that it was shipped with no tracking number. As of today I have not received either sim or phone and now am getting emails about nonusage and closing my account. I have been given runaround through chat where they closed it out on me, they never respond to email requests and are not reachable via calls. So pretty much I paid for a phone I can no longer use, I am missing important medical calls while being given notices that they are closing my account over non usage due to their errors. It's impossible to speak to any representative from this company.NewPhone Wireless Response

I’ve been with NewPhone Wireless since August of last year. I ordered an upgraded phone almost two weeks ago. Called three times this past week to get updates on shipment. Today on 3/19/2022 I called and now it’s no tracking number generated. If this phone isn’t shipped out by next week I’m requesting my money back!!!NewPhone Wireless Response

Horrible!!! The worst service I have ever received. YOu can NOT get a hold of anyone via the phone number regardless of what you enter. It routes you back to the website and chat may as well not even exist! I applied for a new phone and requested the free phone. It was approved and I went to select my phone when it would not let me. It was listed is BYOP. So, I immediately contacted chat rigjt after it was approved and they said..Sorry, it can't be changed!! What???? I just literally placed the order and they cant change it?? So, I said hec with this as I was also disconnected from chat 4 times that same night trying to get help! So, I decided to go with another company when low and behold I get a text message TODAY on my other cheap phone-almost 3 months later asking me if I wanted to stay with Newphone because they can see I have not made any calls/texts on it. Well, no I haven't because I dont have any sim card of phone from them! . I couldnt believe it. So, of course, I ttry tpo call again and obviously no one answers. So, sat on chat for 30 minutes and I disconnected. I get on to Newphone and was able to see that they opened an account with a number I have never heard of nor have I received a sim card or phone from this company!!! This is completely illegal and I am going to report them to the FTC abd whoever and the Lifeline program as they have been getting funds for a phone number that does not even exist!! This is clearly a scheme to get funds that are not deserved. If this worthlessc omoany does reply, don't even bother to tell me to call the 855 number because it does NOT work!!! Stay away from these people all together unless you want nothing but pure frustration and to deal with people who can not evenn comprehend what you are telling them! It's ridiculous!!! I have spent the past 5 days trying to reach someone. I jave waited 6 hours to chat with an agent that never came... Trued calling the phone number and its a robot that refers me back to the website.. Again no answer for hours on chat. I paid for the phone, money already came out of my account. My application still says pending. Ive sent several emails and got no reply. How do I get my phone or my money back!?NewPhone Wireless Response
