      Like everyone else on here I wrote a review awhile back out of pure frustration and my own ignorance of process. In general, these cases CAN take anywhere from 3-6 years depending on varying issues. I started this in 2018, it is now 2024 and it is almost over, so 6 years this has been going on. However, we had the pandemic which set EVERYTHING back quite far. Litigation went back and forth, as it usually does in these types of cases. I have personally emailed DON Worley and he has responded within a few days. Everyone needs to keep in mind these lawyers are representing YOU and hundreds of others possibly. They do the very best they can in reaching out to everyone. Now that Bard has settled and we are just waiting on numbers, I look forward to Don's call or email letting me know when that is in and what is next. Keep the faith people, these are human beings too and they are working hard for you.

      Very hard to get them on the phone. And when you do it’s done one with very good English. They send a email up date every month that’s the same info you e mail or call leave message. No return. They send a mass video email every so often but it’s the same thing Wish i could find another law firm who takes the case serious and is in it for the best interest of the client and not just trying to get a big group to settle at once

      McDonald Worley has not answered any of my calls or emails regarding my hernia mesh case that they have been working on over 10 years. I have had the revision surgery in 2020 and it is now 2024. The only message I received is that they are missing medical records that they should already have at this point. I’m very disappointed with them

      Somebody was supposed to call me back in a couple days know call back. It was on the hernia mesh case. So you people lie. Said I was not in the hernia mesh case know more.

      Once again, I am like all of the others on here. It has been four or five years, a Settlement was reached quite a while ago, nearly a year was spent checking for ***************** liens, in this digital age that seems excessive. I was told last year that they are just reviewing my file for any other medical costs incurred to asses final payment. I had one CT Scan performed at the outset of the case, many years ago. I have no doubt many people will die before this is settled and payment sent out, it's a shame. I realize part of this is the cumbersome judicial and negotiation phase, but the lack of responses to e-mails and voicemail is directly related to the operation of the firm. But what do you do? You wait and hope your one of the lucky ones who gets to make use of the settlement, and not simply leave it for your loved ones to fight over.

      I signed settlement papers almost a year ago for my claim and have only heard from them once since then. Updates would be in order! My husband says it sounds like Alex ******** is handing my case and he is doubtful they will EVER send my money.

      I have never been treated so poorly, like I have with this so called law firm. EVERY complaint on them, is exactly the same problem for years. Lack for follow up, lack of communication. Etc. I have explained that if I did not receive an actual phone call from a lawyer, or a para legal, I would fire them. They've been working on my IVC claim for almost 5 years now. This is completely ridiculous. I have used other large law firms, they practically held my hand the entire time. They've literally sent the same copy and paste email(now texts) to me for almost 4 yrs with ZERO updates. So, the real kicker, they NEVER CALLED BACK??? Are you serious? Who runs their law firm like this? STAY CLEAR! Take this review seriously, I wish I had never given them my time, or my case. I will update here if I ever do hear from them.
