I purchased a sofa from Living Spaces December 7, 2023. It was delivered December 29, 2023. When I sat on it, one cushion sank down almost overlapping the other cushion. As a result, the cushions have to be readjusted every time you get up. I called the company, and they said it was a special order item and could not be returned or exchanged. Firstly, I was told the return policy was on the receipt which you get AFTER you’ve already purchased the item, which makes no sense. Secondly, I looked on my receipt and there was no return policy! My complaint: Failure to disclose return policy on a “special order.” Failure to disclose the fact that the item was a special order item.
