This owner’s apartments are roach infested. And since my 3 reviews are withheld from the public on the apartment’s reviews I’m here to help all of you from making the same mistake of being tricked into moving here. I literally have been staying at my father’s house (July 24th) and have yet to moved into this place (June 28th). They tricked my inspector to get a pass on these apartments. If the apartment is very cold on visit is because they don’t want to the roaches to come out. I went from bombing to spraying to using boric acid and still roaches everywhere. The apartment has mold in it and they still refuse to end my lease and pay me back my deposit I’ll keep you all updated until they let me out my lease and return my deposit so we can go our separate ways

I got the old bait and switch. I initially applied for apartment 194, but I was shown a different apartment and by the time it came down to it, I was given apartment 149 which I had never seen this apartment. I wish I would have before then because I wouldn’t have paid my first months rent nor my deposit, my deposit was $350 and the first months rent was 1066 upon entry of this apartment it had a horrible Smell. Upon entry of the unit the living room had debris and trash on the floor as well as paint splatter When I walk into the kitchen, I opened the drawers, and there was items still in the drawer the fridge was dirty There was a broken drawer. The dishwasher had a horrible smell. The first day the bathroom ceiling was leaking above the tub. I text Tiffany to let her know and she didn’t reply to my message, but she did send me a message to let me know she doesn’t accept money orders. The door looks like it had been kicked on the back of the toilet stool was Extremely to big and the toilet stool top didn’t have latches. In my 2nd bedroom, there was a closet door in my master bedroom there was like green stuff on the wall and the titles was lifting up from the rain and that came into my apt. The air just didn’t work. I put it in 68 and came back and it was 72 in the apt. I let Tiffany know I didn’t want the unit and she stated I would receive my deposit $350 as well as first months rent $1066 with an itemized statement and I’ve only received my deposit. This place doesn’t know how to answer the phone but they will call you when they want your money. Don’t waste your time you are only a commission check to these ladies.
