I hired Miguel and his crew once before to replace the roof and gutters in my home. I was so impressed with their work that I hired Miguel and his crew again for turning a 4 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath home into a 5 bedroom and 3 baths by adding a closet in a downstairs room and a shower in the half bath. They did a lot of work because everything needed to be move around to make room for the shower to include re-route my a/c intake vent. Miguel came and took time to measure and come up with a great solution to close up the room and add a closet in it and add shower in my half bath. The workers showed up on time and were always professional and did great work, from the workers who worked on the walls, to plumbers, painter, structural experts, ceramic workers, and carpenters. Miguel cares a lot about quality of work and material used. I'm very happy with the final result and will hire Miguel ******** again for future work needed in my home.

When we started our kitchen remodel project, we contacted three different companies. Mendiola Remodeling was the third company we reached out to. When Miguel dropped by, we told him everything we wanted to do with the kitchen, and he proposed some additional ideas we hadn’t even considered. We liked them all, including making our tiny pantry a foot deeper with pull out drawers, flattening our two-tier countertop into a much larger, single level counter, and moving our microwave to a hanging cabinet next to the fridge in order to add a stylish hood in its place over the stove. On day one, Miguel’s crew came out and demoed the entire room all the way down to the studs! During the entire project, they were very mindful of protecting everything outside their scope of work, including putting up a clear plastic wall to partition the kitchen from the rest of the house. Each day, the guys would come in and work diligently, and they always cleaned up any mess at the end of the day before leaving. We are very pleased with the results! Mendiola Remodeling did an outstanding job bringing our 1980’s kitchen into the 21st century. They were very professional master craftsmen, paying special attention to the most intricate details, and the level of artistry and craftsmanship - as you can see from the photos – went well above and beyond expectations! I highly recommend Miguel and his crew for any remodeling needs, and we will be contacting them again when we remodel our bathrooms.

Mr. ******** is very personable and takes great interest in providing the needed services for his clients. His work crew all work together to get the job done and to do so correctly. I saw the work crew take soo much pride in their performance. With the installation of a new fence there was so much debris, old fencing, measuring, and sawing, I must say that with each phase of the operation, the crew cleaned up each and every day, this is so important to many clients. I’m really glad I went with Mendiola Remodeling and Construction for my bathroom remodel. Miguel and crew did a solid job converting my bathroom from a tub to walk-in-shower. I was really impressed with his team’s professionalism and work ethic. They handled everything including returning broken tiles at Floor and Decor and also offering ideas to lay the tile. They were all kind and respected my space everyday. Also Miguel was flexible with my work schedule and payment plan. He’s easily accessible by text or phone which was important to me. This was a stress-free project for me thanks to Miguel and his great team! It went so smooth and I now have a beautiful bathroom!

During a furious wind and rain storm two skyscraper Pine trees fell on our home crushing the entire back half of our house. The next morning at first light the construction company on our street came to assess the situation and stated they could handle the rebuild. It was not until we were well underway with the restoration that other construction individuals stated this rebuild doesn’t look right and I should consult a inspector. Once the inspection report enumerated all the problems not correct or up to code, we contacted a highly recommended contractor, (MENDIOLA REMODELING & CONSTRUCTION) and proceeded with corrective measures to all the unsatisfactory structural repairs the previous contractor installed. This is one recommendation that resulted in my home being restored with a new roof, windows, wiring, flooring, walls, & kitchen as new and meets all statutory codes and inspection. It’s no wonder that the workmanship carries a BBB A+ rating.

Mediola Remodeling & Construction was the final Contractor I met with and prior to meeting Miguel I was leaning heavily towards another company. I had a general idea of what I wanted to do, but Miguel took my project to the next level with his vision & suggestions, while remaining within my budget. He made suggestions along the way, and was clear on what each “add on” would cost. I added on a handful of different things to this project and they still finished 2 days earlier than the original target. I could not be happier with the work they performed transforming my living room!! Every aspect of the job surpassed my expectations. Miguel has put together the “Dream Team” as every person that came into my house was a complete professional and the work was flawless. Miguel kept all the different crews (demo, HVAC, electrical, structural construction, cabinetry, drywall, painting, etc.) on schedule and they even finished ahead of schedule – even with several changes I threw into the mix. It’s never easy living in a house while there is a major renovation going on, but Mendiola minimized the inconvenience with their prep work and daily clean-up. I had the advantage of watching the work as it was being done, and I was blown away with the quality. Each worker took pride in their piece of the puzzle and was both meticulous in their work and respectful of my property. Additionally, I never had the slightest concern of having them in my house when I wasn’t there. I will use Mendiola Remodeling & Construction for all my future projects without hesitation.

Miguel and his crew did an awesome job with the planning, manufacturing and installation of my kitchen island. The craftsmanship was spot on and the total price of the project was reasonable. I will definitely hire these guys for future projects.

Did ok work. Put the subfloor down upside down. Didn't get permits. Left me halfway done before he had to do electrical and plumbing in our new addition. He hounded me for another payment and I told him not until he does electrical and plumbing. He threw a fit and left never to return. I wonder why... I paid 68% of the total, and he had only completed the frame, siding, and roof with 6 windows. Nothing else. The deal was to complete the entire project to completion. Now I find out there's no permits. He said he's licensed and had to do things the right way. I should not have trusted him, but he's very personable. I like his workers too. It's just a very bad situation all around. Now I'm waiting to see what the city says I must do to keep it or if I have to remove it. This guybdidnt care about anything but getting fast money.

Miguel Mendiola and his crew have done a great job not only with the actual design and workmanship but also with great advise as to what not to do! Every day the crew cleaned up all areas that they worked around and they were very attentive to our needs. His crew is very trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable Definitely recommend Miguel Mendiola for any and all home remodeling projects no matter how big or small it is!
