I signed up for there so called dealer program paid the $750 they asked me to Zelle to get the entire process started, they said all paperwork would be done in a few days, to my surprise they claimed ( I have all emails on every communication along with my Zelle receipt) that there was a problem with my information, they said the authority that issues your dealer number needs its, called the official agency, they said you can sign up direct and never give your social security, signing up direct gets you a number but you still need a dealership to activate your number this is where the scam comes in, they try to get your personal info to do other things, then they claimed a refund is being ***** out, asked 8 times for ***** Number, never gave the tracking number, this is an outright scam, stay away from this company, they also use www,mycardealerlicense.com to lure you in, its all bogus full scam, its one guy who answers the phone all the time, does so called training calls, this is a scam, I want to make sure not a single person loses a dime, this company is beyond pathetic, they are straight crooks, again stay away!!!I demand my refundBusiness response

This person Gem Lake applied for our dealership program. The information he submitted was suspect and sent us a lot of Red Flags. When we tried to verify the information, he was invasive and non-responsive. Provided different addresses in different states and when we asked for additional information he refused.
He could not qualify for our program due to his inability to provide the requested information. We issued a full refund and of course that was even an issue because of fake addresses he provided.
We would agree - Do not enroll in our programs if you cannot provide valid information that cannot be verified. In addition, he signed our refund policy which states no refunds are due which we have copies of but just to get rid of scammers like this we issued the refund in light of our policy.

August 21, 2021 my girlfriend and I purchased a car from a man in **********, *******. An 09 ***** Malibu(white) for $2300. He seemed to be a decent guy who claimed to work for NTX Direct, offered to help us out with a few minor issues with the vehicles, reimburse us for a few things, etc. Things got crazy when we started trying to get the tag for the vehicle. Our title is a reassignment title, so we can't get a tag. After attempting to call NTX Direct, their phones aren't working and they aren't responding to messages via ********* We just want the title to the car, the windshield replaced, and the full size spare we were promised at purchase.
