Cheaters in one word. Greedy management. They did nothing in our 1 year lease and charged me a huge amount because i am leaving the apartment. Remember my words. Greedy management, cheaters . You will definitely regret for signing a lease here. The central alarm keep on ringing during the mid night. The trash will never removed on time. If there is any issue in the apartment, forget about the work orders. Without fixing they close the work orders. And the most important thing is drugs. They take drugs and the police keep on visiting this place .Review from Mary Claire C

The management here is terrible. They have no desire to be helpful or accommodating in any way. They are rude and do the minimum amount it work necessary to get by. There have been multiple issues with my rent payment, maintenance takes unnecessary amount of time to be completed, the property it not well maintained, and management seems to create rules as they see fit. Fire alarms go off at random, at all times of day. Office hours are not conducive to allowing tenants to get help (10am-5 or 6pm are typical work hours, how are we supposed to be able to speak to anyone face to face? I have loose wires hanging out of the walls of my kitchen that have been there for three months following the "repair" of the outlet that supplied electricity to almost my entire unit. This is a safety hazard. The garage gates have not functioned properly since I moved in and the gate fob I had to pay $80 for and wait 2 months to receive does not work. The light in my fridge hasn't worked since I moved in and no one has attempted to fix the issue despite multiple maintenance requests. Honestly, it's just one thing after another with this place. Don't make this your home.
