The Company has one price in the website of $399 for a policy renewal and when I call to make the payment they told me the amount is $ ******for the policy # NIC0442525. I ask for a a written policy to be mail to me for the renewal including the description detail of charges and the answer was to go back to the broker in ********** who is Freeway Insurance . Then i call Freeway insurance and they send me back to Nations insurance company .I want to make the changes in my policy to take out the road assistant that I don't use and they told me in January 2024 that I need to wait in till the renewal, now they told me I can not changed so I been paying for something that I don't use for the last year and that is not fair . I want them to take the road assistants out from my policy and to give me the price that they have in the website. I don't want to be send back and forward from the broker to the insurance company and back, I need to be resolved soon before the renewal starts in august 03 2024.

I am rejecting this response because:

The company  did take  out the road  assistant but they  didn't  give  me the extra money  they  charge  me for the road  assistants that I  pay .

I need the money  back  for all those  months  that I  pay for something  that I have not used  and ask to be removed for the last 1 year

We have contacted the insured and removed the roadside assistance coverage effective 8/1/24 prior to the renewal effective date of 8/3/24 as per her written request.
The Policy documentation and a copy of the application were mailed to the insured.

I am rejecting this response because:  Yes they  did take  off  the road  assistant coverageon 08/01/2024 but they  still  charged  me for . In July  29 I  pay 499.62  and that price had included  the road assistant coverage so I  want them return  the money  for the road assistant . The amount for the policy  with out the road  assistant  is ******. I included  a copy  of the recipe.

I purchased the car insurance policy with this company and I paid in full for the whole year. I opted not to renew the contract as it is overpriced when the policy ran its full course. This company then sent me a bill for "cancellation." Then, they want to charge me an extra $5 to pay them this bogus cancellation fee when I called to pay them. This company is running a scam to squeeze their customers on illegitimate charges, threatening credit ruination.

Blue fire insurance is refusing to release the third and final payment to ***** autobody shop in **********. They have sent the shop TWO separate checks without my consent or without me signing any type of forms. They are refusing to fix the second vehicle in this claim. They want me to sign a release of liability form so that they can release funds. That is plain day light extortion. The repairs on Our car has been finalized as of two weeks ago. We have been paying for a rental car out of our own pocket and they are also refusing to reimburse me for the cost of it despite having an email from them saying they will. Both the shop and myself have reached out to three separate agents at bluefire via phone call and email and have gotten no response from anyone. The shop will now start to charge me storage fees for my car because they can't release it to me.
