March 9 I went in for oil change and state inspection. Service Tech said the State Inspection software was down, i could come back another time. I asked if he could do the oil change and top off all the fluids and he said yes. So I said ok please do oil change. 1. ******** change was complete I asked again if he topped of the fluids and he said no, the machine was broken. 2. I could see they didn't check the tire pressure, and I am not confident about any other items they usually complete during an oil change. 3. they wouldn't take my coupon off of the phone, he said they needed a print-out. I said in the past they wouldn't take a print-out. He finally gave me a $10 discount instead of the $15 discount on my phone.4. When I got back in the car there was a strong smell of what i thought was exhaust fumes. I should have asked the service tech but i was already upset. 5. I drove down the street to another service station, hoping the smell would clear out but it didn't. 6. At the next Service Station (Kwik Kar at Vista Ridge) I said i needed a state inspection, and that I had just had the oil changed at another location and there was a strong smell, and I wasn't sure what happened. Their service tech opened the hood, and the oil cap was not screwed back on, so oil had spewed all up onto the hood, as well as through the vents and onto my windshield. I have pictures.7. That service tech cleaned up the oil as best as he could, and also made sure there was enough oil still in the car. They also completed the state inspection.8. I want a refund for the $86.87 oil change I paid for at the Valley Ranch Kwik Kar as I don't think they should be paid for an incomplete job. Also i am not sure how much oil got into my air vents and filters, as I had the air conditioner and fan blowing on high to get rid of the smell before I knew it was from the oil cap being left off.9. I reported this information to Kwik Kar Valley Ranch but no response. Invoice #****-0005034

This is what I submitted to Kwik Kar Corporate Headquarters, Attorney General's Office and the TDMV today. 11 days ago on 9.28.22 I took my car up for the upteenth time to the Kwik Kar on ************** in Irving, Texas. I have spent over 12 hours sitting there and having to go back because the issue has not been fixed. I has originally brought my car up there because it would die on me at lights or stop signs and while driving. The manager, James, first said he did not know what it was and changed the spark plugs and the fuel injection. Didn't work. Also, the first time, I was charged for an inspection which was not done. I came back again and he put in some kind of sensor - he said I needed two - still didn't work. So I took it up again and he put in another sensor. Did not work and three blocks down the road it died and I took it right back That's when James said he wasn't the best mechanic but at the time he did not have a mechanic and one was supposed to start soon if he would go through and finish his paperwork. Well, that person never did show up so two weeks later and many phone calls to James later there finally was a new mechanic. I went up there and sat for 2.5 hours and my car was never looked at. James asked if I could leave it there and the mechanic drove me home and it quit on him. The next day I called in the late afternoon because they had never called me. He said the mechanic called in sick. This is a brand new mechanic, mind you. Then he said that the mechanic had told him he also had car issues. (Hello! Mechanic called in sick to fix his own car.) I had been very patient throughout this ordeal and had spent over 900.00 and still did not have a car that worked with the same exact issue. I told James that I was running out patience and this is when James started non-stop talking. I interrupted him and said he needed to listen to me and he kept right on talking. Finally I shouted at him and told him to "goddamn shut up and listen" which he did not
