Ohana Services handled all the remodel for a home i purchased in 11/21. I had a fireplace built. The Ohana Services father built it, however he failed to tighten seals at the top of the fireplace. In April of 2022 there was a massive storm. Water came down through the fireplace inside my home. I had to put buckets to catch the water. I have all this on video. *******- the owner Ohana Services was not readily available. I had to hire a fireplace company to see the damage and what they could do to fix the issue. I emailed ******* and the flipper on the poor job that they did on the fireplace. I'm not a pro, but it would seem very obvious that you would have to apply sealant to close off any gaps. Fast Forward to December 2023. I had some water coming up under bathroom sink. I had a plumbing company come and review issue. They discovered that one of the pipes was not secured tightly and not connected at all to other piece of pipe thus having the water from adjacent bathroom spill over to my master bathroom. Additionally, Ohana Services never filled in the hole with cement after they had put in the new pipes and bathtub. They left the hole wide open. I never would of seen this as they just put sheet rock over the wall and then attached the bathroom sink. Sadly, Ohana Services owner does not review the on site persons work, nor does he hire people who are specialized in the different fields which he does work on...i.e. plumbing, electrical etc. The work on the outside if very pretty, but it is the work in between the walls that you should concern yourself with. i have left Ohana Services a message, however i have yet to hear back from them. Do yourself a favor be vigilant of any work that is done on your home from this company. I let the first incident go without leaving a review, but this time the cost was too expensive and shows that Ohana Services cut corners to get job done faster.
