Myself, my wife and our daughter recently visited the CiCi's pizza at *********************************, **. My wife has a handicap. While placing an order we asked for a serving tray to assist her while carrying her food. The attendant said we don't use trays anymore. She had not interest in helping with our request. We could see the trays down the counter so we asked again. She went to get a tray the placed it far down the counter from all of us. After we walked 20 feet to get our tray, she tells her manager we were rude to her. Later the manager speaks to my wife at the buffet counter. Accuses her of being rude since she arrived and if she does it again she will be banned for life. We lost our appetite and will never be back. My wife is handicapped and was treated terribly.CiCi's Pizza - Corporate Office Response

****** the cashier & mgr ******* had the WORST ATTITUDE & informed me that if I wasn't purchasing a meal for myself that my ****************** "couldn't DINE IN"I entered this restaurant advised cashier ******* I wanted two kids buffets w drinks. She then charged me for 1 adult buffet & 2 kids buffet. I repeated I asked for 2 kid buffets w drinks & that I didn't want buffet nor anything. I was bringing the girls in after ************* to park to eat. I had no plans of eating.******* VERY RUDELY advised me that if All 3 of us, myself & 2 granddaughters weren't ALL EATING WE COULD NOT DINE IN. I asked her if this was some new policy as I hv been to CiCis for many years, different locations including this location & HAVE NEVER, EVER heard of such nor been advised of this even when all parties didn't eat. I asked to sw a Manager. ******************* said this has always been there policy & if I wasnt purchasing food for myself and only my granddaughters, WE COULD NOT DINE IN. I then sked to sw a Mgr...she turned walked away & later returned w a cell phone holding it towards me & said, tell her to the person on the ph, someone name *******, STATED IF YOU ALL ARENT EATING YOU CANNOT DINE IN. I explained that I was bringing the girls in to eat & was purchasing Buffet w drinks for them, as I wasn't eating there. HE RUDELY SAID YOU CANT DINE IN IF ALL 3 ARENT PURCHASING FOR 3 AND EATING. I asked was this policy posted. He RUDELY said, I said YOU CANT DINE IN IF YOU ALL (3) ARENT PURCHASING 3 MEALS/BUFFETS. I asked for his name & stated I was going to contact Corporate Office regarding this. *******, as he said was his name, stated I am the owner here, been the owner for 11yrs & I DONT CARE IF YOU CONTACT CORPORATE I OWN THIS RESTAURANT. ******* the cashier was RUDE/DISRESPECTFUL the entire time. My 8yo granddaughter said she needs to respect Elders, she is RUDE as we left. She said your are old enough to be her mother. My granddaughters were very upset. Horrible experienceReview from Colin C

I am from *******, **. Better known in the business world as *************. I just want to compliment your Manager ( I called) and staff of store #*** at ******************************************. The store was clean and the Pizza hot! I haven't had CICI's Pizza in twenty plus years. This is the worst location in the history of CICI Pizza. The manager on duty needs to fired including front register staff. The literally just argued with ** over water for free. Well how about my refund for the pizza?He is telling a lie and he got my pizza.Upon checking here on my end, your order was already canceled. I got a coupon for $4.99 buffet with my cicis listed at the top! I go to the place (25 min drive) and he says they cant honor it because theyre a franchise not corporate. I wouldve rather ate something else, but drove 25 mins for this deal. Absolutely ridiculous. Nobody has called me back or answered my emails. I always tip the workers, go at least once a week, yet am not treated as a valued customer.Review from sarah j
