No star! I purchased a digital order for a bag that cost nearly $2,000, and after just two weeks, I noticed the fabric started to change color. I called customer service, and they informed me that I could come to the store for an exchange or return since it was within 30 days. Today, I took my two kids to the store, but I felt a sense of discrimination and was not welcomed at all. It was a truly unpleasant experience, and I wont be returning.Review from DeAnna K

Horrible place to spend your money. You return your item and ship it back with the label they have in the box. It is fraudulent and LV won't refund your money.Review from Cee S

No star! I placed an order on their site 9/30/24 and I have yet to receive it. I have reached out several attempts and the tracking info they provided me with at the time I placed the order is saying no package in possession with the carrier. They gave me a second tracking number which is saying no possession of package. After weeks they have stated it was shipped with another tracking number. At this point its one package 3 shipping numbers and it still has not arrived to me which they are telling me it did. I do not recommend making any purchases on this site because they will not help you if your order gets messed up at their negligence.Review from Liana L

The worst experience I've had with any "high-end luxury brand." I gave in my sunglasses for repair at the **************** store to ****** ******* on 9/14/24. She texted me on 9/19/24 that my sunglasses are ready for pickup or they can mail them to me. Failing to mention until after that they were "unrepairable because their repair shop in ** doesn't have specialists" and that I should take $800 sunglasses to a professional at Lens Crafter's for repair. I explained that I've previously had the same exact pair of sunglasses mailed for repair by ******* and they were fully capable of repairing these glasses without any excuses by this new NJ repair shop. I requested to speak with a manager. No manager got back to me, so I had to call customer care. Still, nobody called me back. I followed up with ****** via text again on 9/25/24, still the same. I'll ask a manager to call back. I followed up again with ****** via text on 9/27/24 twice, once in the am and once in the pm, and at that point ****** didn't bother to text me back. I had to call customer care back a second time and ask to have this escalated. Finally today, on 9/28/24, a manager by the name of ****** called me back only 9 days later, making excuses that she and all other managers have been unavailable to call me since 9/20/24 due to training and that my sunglasses are unrepairable and that they don't have specialists who are capable of repairing their own products for me to go to a specialist like Lens Crafter's or an optometrist. ****** had expressed zero accountability for her care agents inability to have basic communication skills with customers and for her inability to get back to me for 6 business days, which exceeds their ***** hour reply time window. Horrible experienceand customer service by both ****** and ****** the "manager". Both shouldn't represent any high end brand. Only good at making excuses and lying to customers. Purchased two items online - returned one. 6 weeks later I still haven't received a refund. Emailed 4+ times and called 3+ times and was told 'they would get back to me', it is still under investigation. What is under investigation? Spoke to customer service and a 'supervisor' who didn't do anything but tell me that she 'couldn't do anything' and would get back to me. Completely incompetent and NOT a luxury experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ONLINE THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND IF YOU RETURN AN ITEM ZERO STARS IF I COULDReview from Queen B

I am disturbed by the fact that I was told my earrings would be returned back to me, because they are not in pristine condition. I ordered the earrings on May 22nd, and the earrings tarnished 3 days later. Of course you all would not receive them in pristine condition, because they were faulty when sent to me. I would like my money back. No one expects their $400-$500 pair of earrings to tarnish in 3 days after wearing them one time. I am completely dissatisfied with how this has been handled, and Im not sure if I will be supporting your business anymore. Ordered a wallet for my daughter for her prom. LV and their delivery company kept changing the dates. Product never arrived. Was on the phone LV and their shipper *** for hours. They have a ridiculous policy that i cant go to the *** depot to pick it up. *** never comes during the scheduled window. Lost three days waiting, no product, have to rush buy something else. I would give 0 starts if I could I would give 0 starts if I could! Horrible customer service!I am a loyal long term customer if LV. Recently I ordered a bag charm online. Unfortunately, the *** stole my order. I contacted LV, after 3 weeks of waiting, they send me an email that *** closed investigation because they could not contact me. No one from *** contacted me! I called LV again, instead of just sending me a replacement or refund, they asked me(!) to contact *** and reopen the case. Is that even acceptable??? Amazon issues the refund and then does investigation with ***! How is it for luxury customer service!Next time if you are thinking to order online, DONT!Review from SABRINA v

On March 30, 2024 I purchase the new Spring ****************************************************** ******************, I wore the mules 3x when I notice they was a scratch on the insole and the leather peeled off. On April 16, 2024 I took them back to the store, I was told its wear and tear, I told them wear and tear should not happen after only 3x. I was told the manager would call me. After numerous calls to customer service and no fault of the manager as they had incorrect contact number, finally after 6 days of waiting to hear from them I was told by the manager that there is nothing they can do for me. I explained that I was very disappointed, that I have been a Louis Vuitton client for over 30 yrs, and that the product is not made to be worn as if only after 3x worn the leather scratches off so easily. I spent with tax $1173.15 to be told I can bring them to a shoe cobbler to fix. Since, I have no say in their decision, and they are not willing to exchange or give me a credit I have no choice but to keep them. Since, April 21st, I wore them 1x and now the leather is peeling by my heal. This is unacceptable. This is definitely a product issue. It's a disgrace how LV treats loyal clients, and they lack of taking responsibility for a product that is clearly flawed.
