On January 19th I ordered from the brand Alphalete. I paid $166.17 for one pair of ******* Shorts ($52), and two pairs of the ************* Leggings ($47.60 Each). On my shipping email from them specifically, it showed that those 3 items were all delivered to me. They weren't. Instead, I got sent a pair of Mens XL black joggers. I reached out to them with their "support team" email on the 26th, and still have not heard back. I also reached out on ********* and still have not received anything. Unreal how I paid $166.17 for 3 items in my size that I was super excited about, just to get scammed and receive mens joggers. I've been snooping on their ********* comments as well, noticing this has been happening to people since December. People are saying "they don't even have anyone working customer service for them" "I haven't gotten my money back since December". They are a scam and have absolutely horrible customer service and do not care about any of their customers.
